Suitable for all physical fitness levels
To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
No parking on site

1.0I have been on helicopter rides and this was by far the worst! we were rushed on the helicopter because we were the last ride it did not tell me it would be with 2 other couples the expierence was very rushed they were rude telling us to run and hurry to take a picture not even a smile on the helicopter the earphones did not work hence why the pilot didn’t get where everyone was from and when we got back they were closed and just said we will airdrop the photos and practically rushed us back out were there all together for 38 mins from steppping in to stepping out! Worst expierence and worst $600 spent in my life! Tell your guys to be pleasant despite the last appointment we deserve the expierence! Ohhh and we ordered it for sunset don’t even see that either….

5.0From check in to the end of the helicopter ride everything was smooth and efficiently run . The pilot was friendly and very informative during the flight with great commentary. I asked could my daughter sit in front with the pilot as a birthday treat and the company accommodated me . Book you won't regret it

5.0It was a great experience and my first ride which to my surprise went very smoothly. Slightly difficult to make out what the pilot is saying but went really well. Thank you to viator as well, as i got stuck in traffic and was late. I was put on another available slot.
