Enjoy this small group electric bike tour of Auckland, New Zealand's largest city. From the comfort of your saddle, you will see the iconic sights of Auckland city, as well as visiting some of the locals' favorite neighborhoods. This tour also includes the bike rental, a local guide, and has a maximum of 6 travelers per tour.

For your enjoyment and safety, groups are small and personal, so a maximum of 6 riders per group, plus friendly guide
Minimum age 14 years old (teenagers of 14-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult).
Minimum rider height is 5 foot (152cm).
Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
Whilst experience riding an electric bike is not necessary (we'll provide an orientation and we'll do a test ride to make sure you're comfortable before we head off), you must of course be able to ride a bike! If you haven't ridden in a while, for your enjoyment/safety and that of your fellow riders, we strongly recommend you have a practice riding at home before your visit to Auckland. As well as riding on our wonderful cycleways, we will of course be riding in the road at times (to get to the good places!). Riding in traffic is a dynamic environment, so you will need to be comfortable riding in the road in order to enjoy the tour. And Auckland's volcanic past means that there a quite few hills to go up and down - the eBikes make going up easy, but you'll obviously need to be able to ride downhill! Closed toe shoes are required. Sports gear not necessary, casual clothes are fine but dress to the conditions please.
Free storage available for small bags at the city centre departure point.
The tours run rain or shine, you will be provided free use of a bright and comfortable rain jacket, if you need one.
Our electric bikes are designed with a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds (113 kg).
We recommend you bring sunscreen - the sun in NZ can be very harsh.
You may also wish to bring a bottle of water with you for the ride. You can store that in the bag on your bike. The is also a water fountain near our departure point - if you need to fill up your water bottle.
Whilst we welcome solo riders, this experience requires a minimum number of riders booked in order for it to go ahead (2). If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll either be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

5.00It was a nice tour, with fine bikes and with earpieces, so you could also hear the guide clearly on the way. The guide told everything quietly and had nice and interesting information. So we were super excited about this tour through Ackland.
This was an awesome e-bike experience. Eddie was knowledgeable with the history of Auckland. He kept of safe.

5.00I felt very safe riding on the e- bike with Eddie as our guide. His voice commands were perfect. Riding to the top of Mount Eden was a treat. I would definitely recommend this bike company. You will not be disappointed.

5.00We did the Classic tour today with our teenage daughters. What a fantastic way to see the city, and the e-bikes meant we covered a lot of ground. We’re fitted with helmets, an earpiece so we can hear Eddie (who is a fabulous guide) and an appropriately sized bike. Even the steepest of hills were no match for the bikes that after a thorough orientation, we were all comfortable riding (it was our first time on an e-bike.) Highly recommend this tour and way to see this great city

5.00Fun bike ride with electric bike through the highlights of Auckland. As the first day after a long flight ideal to get into a normal rhythm. The bikes pedal wonderfully and electric is very pleasant, because Auckland is hilly. It is also nice that everyone gets an earpiece, so the guide can tell you immediately what you see while cycling. Guide Eddie was fantastic. Highly recommended!

5.00Great fun and experience had by all in the family with Mat our guide. Definitely one to do even if you have a slight mobility disability like me with hip arthritis. Able to enjoy the electric bike full function with or without paddling. Had such a great day that will look out for a next booking when back in a couple of months.
