We're known for operating the best all-inclusive snorkel experiences on the island of Cozumel.Traveling to some of the most beautiful areas the Caribbean has to offer - including the famous 'El Cielo'. We aim to visit 3 or 4 different destinations during the tour to give you a taste of what our beautiful island has to offer.
We provide everything you need to enjoy the tour with us, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and ice-cold drinks. Just turn up and we'll take care of the rest!

We’ll visit some of the most amazing reef locations on the island of Cozumel, including a green turtle sanctuary where we can snorkel alongside peacefully in their natural habitat. We also visit ‘El Cielo’ (‘Heaven’) - an incredible natural starfish sanctuary, filled with many bright red & orange starfish on pristine white sands. Towards the end of the tour, we’ll move on to Cielito, or ‘Little Heaven’. This is a natural sandbank in crystal clear water, where we can simply relax and enjoy freshly prepared snacks and drinks before cruising back to port with the sunset. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your sailing time. All times shown are for Cozumel’s local timezone, which may differ to your cruise ship timezone. Check before booking. Please do not apply sunscreen immediately before or during the tour; 'reef safe' or 'coral safe' sunscreens only minimise damage and are not proven to be completely harmless to aquatic life. Many sunscreens also create slippery surfaces which can pose a hazard on our boats. We instead recommend using a long sleeve rash vest & hat.

5.00Did the 4 hour snorkeling Tour Today. They explained everything in perfect english and it was a fun group. Also they gave away free tequilla & wifi at the end

3.00The tour was overall great. The crew and guide were really nice, great vibes, good food! Very organized and trustful. I can't give 5 starts because they weren't so respectful to animals - to get fish around for pictures, they bring food; also, to see a baby shark, the guide was kind of "poking" the shark so it would get out so people could see it. Also, sunscreen is not allowed, and people were putting it on a lot (and were not reef approved sunscreen), and the crew didn't say anything (shame on everyone on that actually!).

5.00Amazing experience. We were group of 16 family friends.The tour guide was excellent. We stopped at 4 places saw starfish, turtle and cherry on top was the appetizer on top of a surfboard and drinks and dance while you get into the water, this was a perfect tour selection as we got to do everything we had thought of. I will recommend this tour company for snorkeling and you will not go wrong.

5.00I could have sworn I did this review already but I don't see it!! This was a fantastic snorkel excursion. Was visiting via cruise ship. I had a little trouble find the El Cid hotel, but managed to get there on time. Boat picked us up at the dock and we were off! Had 3 stops, there were numerous fish and underwater sights to see. Then, we stopped right offshore of a beautiful beach and the crew prepared fresh ceviche with veggies - loved the jicama and the seasoning (I've since tried at home and it just doesn't taste the same) and the adult beverages. The refreshing meal was served using a paddleboard as a table in maybe waist deep crystal clear water. I loved it so much, when I returned home, I booked the same excursion for my trip next month - see you again on Christmas Day!! And I have my underwater camera ready this time!!

4.00Overall this experience was amazing, the staff were very clear and friendly. (+) Swimming with fish was incredible, like in a natural aquarium. We also saw Star fish and the snack on the water with stingrays swimming around us was a nice add-on. The place was beautiful! (-) We missed the turtles, you need to stay very close to the guide otherwise you can miss them. If the purpose is seeing turtles I would recommend another excursion in Akumal, turtles sanctuary. It is better to do this excursion if you stay on Cozumel, we were at playa del Carmen and it added a cost to it as we needed to take the ferry. There is at least 1 hour in total traveling on a little boat, it was fun and we enjoyed it but could feel a bit long.

5.00The experience was excellent. Snorkel Guide Roy and Captain Emilio were great. Roy always made sure all in the group were safe. The 3 spots we went to snorkel Columbia Reef and El Cielo were full of sea life. We saw plenty of fish, turtles and rays and have a great set of pictures from the experience that were reasonably priced. The final stop was the great as well as the fresh-made ceviche and guacamole were great to enjoy in the water while watching for the curious rays at El Cielito. All in all, it was an experience I will bring my family on again when we visit in the future and take another great excursion with Cozumel Snorkel Center.
