The Escape Game Irvine is located at Irvine Spectrum Center in Orange County, conveniently close to shopping, entertainment, and delicious dining options. Our favorite spots for a pre-game meal include Yard House, The Cheesecake Factory, and Habana. Make an event out of your experience and finish the adventure with some dessert at Chocolate Bash.
The Escape Game Irvine features 5 one-of-a-kind escape rooms, including The Depths. Each immersive escape room holds up to 8 players except Playground, which holds up to 12 players.

Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.
Unless you book all the spots in a game, our games have the potential to be shared experiences, which means others could book into your game and join your team.

Here’s how it works: You and your team will work together to find clues, solve puzzles, and ultimately complete a mission. Escaping will require teamwork, communication, wits, a sense of adventure, and most importantly: YOU! Once you arrive, a dedicated game guide will take you on to your adventure and help you as needed. You will have exactly 60-minutes to complete the mission in your adventure and escape. Choose to play one of five uniquely immersive games: - Prison Break: Complete a daring escape from the evil warden! - Special Ops: Mysterious Market: Uncover the truth as a secret agent! - The Heist: Recover a stolen masterpiece from an art thief! - Playground: Complete your report card and get to summer break! - The Depths: Uncover the lab's secrets!

5.00It was my first escape room, and I had a lot of fun trying to decipher how things were connected. I did struggle with some puzzles, so I'm really glad the hints were easily available. I also didn't mind that I was with a group of strangers because being locked in a room together was a great bonding activity. I also love that the doors aren't really locked because I get nervous in tight spaces so that really eased my nerves. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to come back!

5.00Thanks for a fantastic time, Hamilton!! He was a great Game Master for us in The Depths, and I've forgotten the name of his female colleague who was our GM for Mystery Market Special Ops. She was great too with nudges and hints for our pacing. Jakey helped us with tickets and was super accommodating, much appreciated! Thanks to the staff tonight (Feb 18, 2026 evening) for a fun night!!!
