From the moment you step aboard The Halong Catamaran, the difference is easy to feel. This double-hull catamaran offers greater stability, spacious decks, and a smoother ride, creating a relaxed way to explore the bay.

Instead of the busy routes, our day cruise takes you through less-crowded area in Lan Ha Bay, where limestone karsts and calm seas shape a more peaceful experience, away from the crowds often found in Halong Bay.

One of the most enjoyable parts of the journey is the water activities, with kayaking, a floating trampoline and water slides set directly from the boat. You can jump, slide, or unwind on the sundeck, adding a playful element not commonly found on traditional cruises.

The experience is completed by the human touch. A friendly, attentive crew is always nearby, and the onboard chef can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other special dietary requirements, for example allergies, dairy-free or gluten-free — ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience onboard.

07:45AM – 08:30AM: HOTEL PICK UP Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, ranging from 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM, we try to make the pick-ups as timely as possible but with morning traffic in the Old Quarter and many hotels to collect from this time approximate. Please be ready to help expedite this process. 10:00 - 10:15: Short Lavatory Break Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.

11:30 – 11:45 Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay. 12:00– 13:00 Lunch On Board Our award-winning chef will be serving up amazing delights for guests to indulge. Paired beautifully with lavish cocktails, fine wines, and beers. The bar will be open for the entirety of the service. * Water is served throughout the journey, any other drinks not mentioned will incur charges. If there are more than 40 guests, we will change from set menu to a buffet menu. *Note: Some dishes will be changed following the seasons

Our guide was Nam. He gave clear instructions and was very accommodating. The cruise itself was very relaxing with really gorgeous views of giant rock formations. The lunch was great. There was a short boat ride when we could see the mountains closer and some monkeys nearby. Highly recommended.

Hera, our guide/coordinator/cheerleader took care of every detail. We were picked up from our Hanoi hotel in a very nice motor coach and transported to our catamaran in Ha Long harbor. Throughout the cruise the staff were all exceptional, going the extra step, to make sure all passengers were well fed and had the ability to participate in every activity. The food was great, served to us at our table. We had a raft trip around one of the bays (picture provided), kayaks were provided for those interested, a gigantic hot tub on the sun deck, and even a quick cooking class involving spring rolls. Excellent experience and value.

What a great day! Pick up was prompt - Hera was great answering questions before and during the experience. The bus trip was super comfy and the bay was beautiful. Would highly recommend. PS the food was delicious!

Had a fantastic time, Hera was a brilliant guide, and all the staff on the boat are incredibly freindly too. Cocktails were great, the ship is gorgeous, and the food was brilliant. Highly recomend
