07:45AM – 08:30AM. HOTEL PICK UP Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, ranging from 7:45AM – 8:30 AM, we try to make the pick-ups as timely as possible but with morning traffic in the Old Quarter and many hotels to collect from this time approximate. Please be ready to help expedite this process. 10:00 - 10:15 Short Lavatory Break Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.
11:30 – 11:45 Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay. 12:00– 13:00 Lunch On Board Our award-winning chef will be serving up amazing delights for guests to indulge. Paired beautifully with lavish cocktails, fine wines, and beers. The bar will be open for the entirety of the service. * Water is served throughout the journey, any other drinks not mentioned will incur charges. If there are more than 40 guests, we will change from set menu to a buffet menu. *Note: Some dishes will be changed following the seasons

5.00Ben is my guide for my one day tour in Ha Long Bay. He’s friendly, helpful and eager to please and I would certainly give him a 5 star rating. However, the transportation arrangements is confusing and lack of advance notice and that can be improved!

5.00We took a cruise with Ben. We weren't prepared for the hospitality and 6 course lunch including lobster. Day and night full of adventures. Highly recommend!!!

5.00Great day trip to Ha Long Bay! Highly recommend for a chill but worthwhile experience. We were fed a 5 course lunch, went kayaking, and enjoyed swimming. Afterwards we had a spring roll making class during happy hour on the boat. Lots of opportunities to lounge and enjoy the sun.

5.00the tour was great. we enjoyed the scenery a lot. the food provided was first class so was the staff on the boat. the only thing to mention is that it said that a kayak tour is included. while on the boat we were told that there are no kayaks available but only bamboo boats.

5.00Incredible view it was unbelievable experience we had really good weather. Ben was unbelievakbly good great seevice really good bloke great for a good time. Boat was of really hmgood quality had a great trip mountains where incredible had a great time seriously worth checking out if your in vietnam dont miss it.

5.00We had such a great time on this day tour. It was well organised trip and food was really good too. Manager (Ben) and his team checked us on us every now and then to make sure we were okay. His staffs are really friendly too. Would definitely recommend 😇

5.00This full-day trip was wonderful. Ben speaks Chinese and was very warm and friendly. He explained everything to us in Chinese, which made the tour even better. The meals were delicious and the service was excellent. Even though the weather was cloudy, we still had a great time!
