To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
No parking on site.

Too expensive and not worth the money

1.0It was expensive, I paid £849 for. 4 person to fly in helicopter so my understanding was we were flying on her own as a family of 4, there was another couple joined us, I keep shouting out for my son’s birthday announcement but my head phone wasn’t working. Plus they charged us £40 per person helicopter, which we paid 120 dollars extra. This is 15 mins only. Please be aware of charges before you book this ride.

4.0Right away you need to realise that this is a VERY expensive experience and last just 9 minutes. Staff were a bit unorganised and no safety briefing is provided. The helicopter simply does a quick circuit around taking in great views of the city. It was quite disappointing that the helicopter was kept quite far from places compared to other helicopters who were flying much closer. For example, the Statue of Liberty. Every other tour flew a lot closer. It was still an absolute thrill to be in a helicopter and I would do it again if I had the money although I would likely choose a different tour in the hope of getting closer and longer in the air. Expect to be waiting around for up to an hour before you get your flight. There is a maximum of 6 people on each flight so you will end up sharing if there are not 6 of you. My wife was very lucky and got in the front seat beside the pilot. I was quite envious as it was my birthday but staff didn't care.

5.0The Manhattan Helicopter Tour of New York was truly an unforgettable experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking – seeing the iconic skyline, landmarks, and the city from above was nothing short of magical. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Their attention to detail and focus on safety made me feel completely at ease throughout the tour. This is a must-do for anyone visiting or even for locals wanting a unique perspective of the city. Highly recommend it for creating amazing memories!

5.0Charm Aviation was 100% first rate on safety and experience. I took this tour with my grandson and he wound up in the front with our pilot. I couldn’t bVe picked a better experience for him. Every employee we dealt with was happy and polite and excited for us.

5.0Amazing experience, really enjoyed it. My daughters first time in helicopter and she loved it , got to sit up front . Views were fantastic and sun was setting over NYC. Staff where great and explained everything and made us feel comfortable.
