  I can’t say enough about how Professional & Knowledgeable my Guide for the Tour was. It is most certainly a huge highlight of my Holiday. I combined visiting Le Cathedral with meeting Pablo’s Sister Gloria (who is so welcoming and nice). The knowledge she imparted was sensational.   I had an incredible experience on both tours I took, and I can’t recommend them enough! The first was the Pablo Escobar tour, which was absolutely fascinating. What made it truly special was the chance to meet Pablo’s sister, Gloria. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even gave us a glimpse into their personal family album, something you don’t get to see every day. It was a rare and personal insight that added so much depth to the tour. The second tour was to El Peñol and the colorful town of Guatapé – and it was just as amazing. The views from the top of El Peñol rock were breathtaking, and walking through the vibrant streets of Guatapé was like stepping into a postcard. What really made both experiences stand out was Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable, full of interesting information, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made the first tour so engaging that I didn’t hesitate to book a second one with him – and I’m so glad I did. Overall, both tours were well-organized, informative, and memorable. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

  Very happy I engaged in this tour. Excellent, knowledgeable guide Carlos reveled a plethora of insider information and truths. Saw areas not on the typical tourist module, met and talked with lovely Gloria, saw new photos that gave a soft side of Pablo, and handled the actual original writings/will/notes of Pablo and family members. In addition, I clarified some rumored stories as false or true with Carlos and Gloria. When first arriving in Colombia with little knowledge of this history, I now have a wealth of information and understanding.

  Such an incredible, once in a lifetime experience. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested in the Escobar family. Gloria was very welcoming and open to any and all question you may have about her, her family, or the cartel. I am very grateful to Medellin travels and Alex the guide/driver/translator for providing this opportunity.

  I went on this tour as a solo traveler. I was picked up at my Hotel by Ana tour guild she had excellent English and was a lovely person, she give me a great insight in to history of Pablo Escobar. I got to see so much the hide out house where Pablo died, Grisela Blanco grave, Pablo Escobar grave. I got to meet Gloria Pablos, sister, she was very nice. I got loads of time to ask questions. and was shown around and photos, five star rating tour, do not miss it if your touring in Medellin.

  This is the second time I have booked an excursion with this company and my expectations were met. I was particularly pleased to have had the same tour guide as in 2021. Thank you very much for that! It was very interesting to meet Pablo Escobar's sister in person and exchange a few words with her.   First of all Jorge the guide is the man, very passionate about this tour, very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter, you get inside information from him and Gloria, pablos sister, it was a honour to meet her she’s a very nice and honest lady, thanks for the best tour I’ve experienced so far , something I’ll never forget

  This was definitely my favorite Activity I took while in the city of Medellín. One that will be remembered for life. From the beginning, Alex my guide included safe roundtrip transportation with unique facts about Pablo and Medellín along the way. Once arrived at the destination, you enter the condo of Pablo Escobar’s sister in a very welcoming way. Inside She had lots of pictures, letters, and belongings of Pablo to show and explain. These were the kind belongings that have not been shown on documentaries, tv shows, etc. she explained everything with passion and was completely open to questions. Very accommodating and welcoming experience Alex the tour guide and his company Medellin Travels has truly crafted a special one. Once in a life time experience! I highly recommend!

  I am a traveler and I create documentary videos about unique places in the world. A few days ago I was in Medellin and my guide was Alex from Medellin Travels. I have no words to describe how exciting and unique tour Alex has organized for me. Thanks to him, I had the opportunity to meet Pablo Escobar's sister in person in her private house. I will remember it for the rest of my life and be grateful to Alex. If anyone would like to visit Medellin, Medellin Travels is undoubtedly the best company. Great service, individual approach to the customer and very nice staff are what distinguishes this company. I would always like to find such companies when visiting different countries. I highly recommend Alex and Medellin Travel.

  This tour was amazing, to sit with the Escobar family members and be able to ask them anything about their lives and their experiences in this historic period was incredible. Our tour guide was lovely, very informative and interesting. To be able to touch letters from Pablo himself and look through family photo albums is not something you can find anywhere else. That is why this is a once in a lifetime experience. If you get a chance do not miss!! 5 stars
