5.00Gary and Captain Garrett made our trip comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the facility. They have very clean restrooms and changing areas. We saw 2 manatees in a matter of minutes! The boat ride was very enjoyable. Both Gary and Garrett were knowledgeable and quite funny!

5.00Gary was amazing , it was our first time ever exploring Crystal River snd it was just perfect ! We did the 8am OG Snorkeling with the Manatees , and the experience was unforgettable, we will definitely be back ! Thanks Gary and team for the heartfelt hospitality and extremely funny funny jokes

5.00my experience has been AMAZING!!! we were guided by Crystal and captain Mike and they were really sweet and made sure i enjoyed the tour. i am terrified of water bodies and it was my first time IN the water and Crystal has been such a sweetheart!! she was so patient as i freaked out in the beginning!! the entire experience was a solid 11/10

5.00An incredible experience everyone in our party listed as the best part of our trip to Florida. Piper (#TheManateeWhisperer) was an amazing guide who ensured everyone on the boat had a great experience. My wife does not particularly love snorkeling, and Piper made sure to spend time with her up front getting her acclimated to the water and gear, and checking in on her and encouraging her throughout the time she was in the water. We spent close to an hour in the water with the manatees and never once felt rushed- ultimately, we all tapped out rather than being told our time was up. Would absolutely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone within a days drive.

5.00Garry & captain Ang created a fun and enjoyable experience looking for manatees with my family and I. We saw several manatees and one hung out with us for several hours. Gary did a really great job at educating us on fun manatee facts.
