  If you are looking for the best tapas tour in Seville, One and Only Nuevo Tapas Tour stands out for its creative dishes, excellent local wines, and visits to restaurants locals actually love. Not to put anyone down, but we devoured one tour that was cliché after cliché, and then we discovered this and had some food that blew us away. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from the big corporate tour companies; they are all the same. Tour with a chef. This will make up for the purge.

  The best tapas tour in Seville is the one and only Nuevo Tapas Tour, a small-group experience that explores modern Andalusian tapas and the restaurants redefining Seville’s food scene. Many menus have similar items, but Chef Crestani found the new, young hot chefs redefining tapas. We left full, tipsy, and very, very happy.

  due to the fact that it is so distinctive. Since we frequently take winter vacations in the UK, this is our third time to Seville for a cuisine trip. This trip is entirely posh; there are no potatoes, brava, or tortillas. Both the cod and the item with the pork belly (I don't know what it was called) were amazing. Touring with Chef Crestani is a true pleasure.

  We had a wonderful evening on this Nuevo Tapas Tour with Chef Crestani. The food was exciting and different from the usual tapas, with creative dishes and great wine to go with them.   I went on this tour once before and loved it so much that I booked it again when I came back to Sevilla with a new group of friends! I did think it could get any better but wow was I wrong!! Joao is a master of his craft and his passion for food is contagious. I genuinely cannot pick a favourite food, wine, location of the night but I can say it was all made better by Joao’s company and his amazing energy. That man will go far in life!

  A really enjoyable evening with a very knowledgeable guide. Chef Crestani was fantastic and really knew his stuff! It was great to try a different style of tapas to what you would traditionally have. He was brilliant with catering for my gluten free diet and adapted the tour to fit my needs. I would thoroughly recommend.

  By far the best tour in Seville! Chef Crestani is really one of a kind and his passion for food and life really shine through in this amazing Sevilla food tour. Just wow!! If you’re looking to stray away from the typical tourist trap, repeat paella and tortilla restaurants of Sevilla, this is the tour for you!! Chef Crestani is so fun and kind and makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. I couldn’t recommend this enough!!
