Really great morning of walking round Valletta and hearing all about the history of Malta and the food culture and influences. We visited some lovely sites and tasted some gorgeous food. Ernest was a fabulous tour guide, extends knowledgeable and he gad a dry sense of humour. Would definitely recommend this tour and Ernest.

Marissa was very knowledgeable about Valletta’s history and culture. She’s obviously an experienced cook as well, so she gave interesting culinary tips and observations. We appreciated the historic photos she shared, showing how the sites looked in the past. The food samples were plentiful and traditional Maltese. It was a delightful experience and a great overview to this beautiful city and country!

Informative tour, very good guide and nice diversity of local food at a number of local eateries. Would recommend as a good way to quickly find your way around Valetta.

Informative, fun, and tasty! Marisa is an exceptional guide! History and culture with historical photos to compare with modern layout and architecture . Anecdotes. I trust that her food selection was the best in a sea of choice! Even outside of the scope of our tour, her recommendations were spot on.

Our guide was fantastic and so informative!! We enjoyed the food so much and learn so much about the history and culture of beautiful Malta. We highly recommend this experience. We intentionally scheduled this on our first day in Malta and it really helped us learn about so many other incredible things to experience during her day. We highly recommend this tour!

I attended the Valletta Street-Food Walking Tour with Nadine as our guide. She was an excellent guide, providing the most interesting historical information combined with a friendly personality and efficient manner. I learned so much about Valletta and its history, and ate some AMAZING food! What a treat! Come hungry because there is quite a bit of food and a nice variety.

The guide Ernest was very informative, unfortunately because the group was larger than advertised at 17 people, it was difficult to hear his commentary at times. He was very knowledgeable about the history & local stories. The food was good & we came away quite full. All told an interesting tour,3 hours well spent

We learned so much about Malta, Valletta, and the food culture. The foood stops were all delicious and the interactions with the businesses were really sweet - it is clear Marissa and Johnny have good relationships. Marissa was humorous, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Ask for her!! And of course chatting to other travelers is always nice.
