The tea market tour was an amazing experience! In the tea shops we visited, we were welcomed very hospitably, were served different types of tea and explained the origin of the tea, brewing method and drinking culture. Finally, we were shown a huge shop selling Chinese ceramics. The guide was extremely helpful, very kind and gave us an incredible amount of information and was very patient, taking a lot of time and adjusting to our tea needs. Highly recommended!

We have spent a lovely morning sampling tea and learning more about this beverage. I would recommend this tour to any tea lover, but also to these people who are not tea drinkers like me: they might change their mind after sampling the huge amount of varieties (impossible not to find the perfect tea for you). A highly recommended full immersion. Also the transfer service was very handy: the local guide, Jerry, was waiting for us in the hotel lobby and we didn't have to worry to check the route to the market. Jerry has guided us through the many Chinese tea varieties excellently: he could speak very good English, he was very prepared and keen to answer all my questions. He was also very kind and polite. Highly suggested and must do experience when visiting Chengdu!
