Anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro cannot help but be enchanted by the beauty of the Tijuca National Park. After all, this environmental conservation unit has 39.58 km², covering different regions of the city and creating a huge green area that is a real refuge for those who want to quickly leave the city and get in touch with preserved nature.

Biggest waterfall of the tour with 35 meters high, the hike is gonna take you to this waterfall at the very beggining or at the very last depending on the whether condition and the caracteristics of the group. The Tour would also take you to at least 2 other waterfall where you can take a refreshing bath and a good rest. depending on the average speed of the group we can spend between 15 up to 30 min on each waterfall.

Thomas is a fantastic guide! It is very attentive to your comfort, really cares about your feeling. He is in a good communicative mood and you have a very pleasant time. Finally it explains the history of the Atlantic forest, shows you the plants, takes you to the waterfalls... An extraordinary experience! I highly recommend

Our tour & hike through the Tijuca National Park was such a great experience! Thomas, our tour guide, helped us gain an overall understanding of the park's greatness and scale while still allowing us to focus on the small, beautiful details that set this park apart from any other. Thomas adapted the hike to our skill level and we enjoyed plenty of waterfalls. He was also a fantastic photographer! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to explore the hidden beauty of this park!

Super recommend this trail with Thomas! We saw caves, waterfalls, and various animals native to the Atlantic Forest, and also learned about the history of the Park and the Forest :)

Wow, what a guy. A brilliant tour full of fun knowledge. Thomas is brilliant! We had such a great hike with him. Cant praise Thomas enough. If we return to brazil will use Thomas again. Highly recommend the tour. Great day out.

The hike with Thomas through Tijuca National Park was very special. I was lucky enough to have a private tour that Monday, so Thomas was able to take into account my wishes for the route. I have seen beautiful waterfalls (with welcome cooling off) and caves, watched a group of monkeys play and also learned a lot. Thomas has a very extensive knowledge of the fauna and flora and is an incredibly empathetic guide. I had a lot of fun and thank you for the wonderful day, next time I might be climbing;-)!
If you like nature....... MUST-HAVE AND WONDERFUL.

Thank you Monica for letting us discover this wonder of places, which for are must visit if you visit Rio de Janeiro. Nature, Peace, Silence, Life, finally the paradise of Adam and Eve exists and is in Rio de Janeiro. Christ the Redeemer amazing, Sugar loaf, great, but Tijuca National Park and the stratospheric Botanical Garden. Eternally grateful for teaching us this tour and congratulations on your professionalism and sympathy.

Lucas Teixeira did a fantastic job, was kind and patient and we highly recommend him. We loved the waterfall pool and the rainforest.

We absolutely loved the tour with Thomas. He led the tour with passion. He enthusiastically described the nature, but also the history of Brazil. we also loved that he flexibly oriented the tour according to the group. We definitely decided on the right tour and would recommend it to anyone!
