WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Room was great and very clean. Staff very friendly... They put on a great meal for dinner time ... The breakfast meal was just as wonderful... i would rate the experience as a 10 out of 10...

This was a fun thing to do in Hakodate and a bit unusual for Japan and even for Hokkaido. They have western dresses as well as kimonos and other costumes to choose from. It was a nice thing to do on a rainy day even though it didn't allow me to walk outside much. They also will do hair and makeup, but check to ensure that your package covers that. If not, they will allow you to do it for extra $$. It was a nice experience for me and I would like to go back again sometime.

Tommy, a doorman at Hilton Galveston, was a delight this week. He had a smile on his face EVERY time I saw him! Despite the cold, rainy weather he was cheerful, efficient, and professional. He saved me from leaving my hanging bag in the closet. TOTALLY helped me out! Thank you Tommy! You made me smile!
