5.00We took a full day tour with Taka on our first full day in Tokyo! She was an awesome guide! Closer to the trip, she contacted me with a suggested itinerary! I did make some requests for some activities my boys wanted to do, so she edited the itinerary to fit that! She met us at our hotel on time! We walked all around and she showed us how to use the metro! I was really thankful to have her navigate us through Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which were crowded and the stations were massive! I know I would have been overwhelmed in those places! She was very flexible as far as how much time we spent in each spot. She also showed us how to visit, pray and make offerings at buddist temples and shinto shrines. It was really a great way to spend our first full day in Japan to get our bearings and be able to enjoy the rest of the country on our own! We did get tired at about 6 hours (instead of 8 hours) likely due to jet lag - but it was no big deal - Taka got us back to our hotel when we were ready to call it quits!
