This is the oiran transformation experience plan supervised by world-renowned Japanese dancer Ukon Takafuji.

We will transform you into a beautiful OIRAN (GEISHA).

Authentic costumes and wigs are available.

We will help you to create a work of art from make-up to photography in a private space by reservation only.

We literally walked into this with no expectations at all. This was an amazing experience. They make up artist was fantastic and super patient with the whole process. The photographer was also amazing. They both were very encouraging to get into the Geisha role. The pictures are stunning. Another experience for exceeding expectations and a must for anyone.

Many thanks to the two dancers! I could feel how a geisha feels: sublime, proud, smart, powerful ... Age doesn't matter! And the photos as a reminder are great ... it was all very private and still professional ... I would have liked to have stayed even longer. I was happy to pay the price for this experience! Thank you!

A pleasant surprise that exceeded my expectations. I love it! I did not expect this to be a dress up with costume and makeup. I enjoyed the process and the pictures turned out great!

Amazing experience! Highly recommended. The time and effort that the ladies give to make sure you look your best as a Geisha. They take their time to put your makeup and allow you ti choose your outfit! Also they take beautiful pictures. We never felt rushed to do anything and the experience was unique. The pictures came out amazing! It was 3 of us and they treated us VIP.

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. From start to finish, I received personalized attention and engaged in rich conversations related to Geisha/Oiran and the symbolism behind the makeup and kimono. All three individuals' involved went above and beyond to ensure that my experience would be a memorable one. Overall, I think that this experience was authentic in every way including the photo session.

I had a great experience at Asakusa Ukonya! I was slightly nervous before going but Tomo-san made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the experience. She did such a great job with the makeup and helped me pick the perfect outfit. The photographer-san helped with the photo posing and took great pictures! Leaving with great memories and photos/videos.
