We had the most wonderful night with our guide Kari! We got a very thorough tour of Shinjuku and had some fantastic food had some really interesting restaurants. KARI was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about Japanese culture and the Shinjuku area. I would highly recommend a tour to anybody! We had a fantastic night! This tour was one of the best things we’ve done on that trip! We highly recommend it!

So happy I booked this! Our driver met us at the meeting point with our name clearly shown so we found him easily. The van was luxurious and a nice ride from cruise port to our hotel

Excellent experience. Less stressful organising this tranafer rathee than navigating to our hotel with a small child and lots of bags was. Good communication and driver had clear signage. Driver took care of our luggage.

The operator contacted me after the trip was booked and kept in contact until arrival. Our flight was over two hours delayed and we were a bit slow going through immigration, but he kept in contact with us at all times. Met us at the designated meeting point with a sign with my name. Very safe, driving and efficient service.

We were picked up promptly in a nice large van which easily accommodated the luggage for 6. We went to the Sukkien Gardens, Red Warehouse shopping and Chinatown before a nice drive to the Haneda airport

The driver texted me when he was 10 minutes away so we could meet him outside. He was actually a little earlier than the scheduled time so we didn't have to worry if our transport was coming or not. They even agreed to pick up our friends at a nearby hotel at no extra charge. It was a very smooth ride and I would definitely recommend them.
