** Meeting Point **
We are located on the 3rd floor of the building with the sushi restaurant “Sushizanmai Bekkan” (Annex).
Use the narrow pathway on the right side of the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
There are several Sushizanmai locations in Tsukiji, so please come to the Bekkan building.
This tour is independently operated and not affiliated with the restaurant. Please do not ask restaurant staff for tour assistance.

The tour may finish slightly later than scheduled depending on the day.
Services not listed (extra food, drinks, hotel pickup, transportation, etc.) are not included.

5.00This sushi class was amazing! It is run by the true local family who are living in the market, and I was able to feel an authentic hospitality from them :) They even showed us the real Wasabi and it was great!

5.00This was such a fun experience! Learned how to make sushi for a bento box and was able to eat it afterwards! AJ lead the class as the instructor and was so pleasant and wonderful. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a fun activity and a little break from walking all around Tokyo!

5.00We had such a fun and memorable sushi experience! Being located in Tsukiji and run by people who are truly part of the Tsukiji community gave the class a genuine and trustworthy feeling that went beyond a typical tourist activity. The studio was very clean, and the table setting and presentation were nicely prepared, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The explanations were clear and easy to follow, and it was fascinating to learn about authentic Japanese kitchen tools and simple sushi-making techniques. One of the most enjoyable parts was packing the sushi into the traditional wooden bento box, which made the experience feel extra special. Masa was especially attentive and supportive throughout the class, helping us at just the right moments and even taking photos for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The sushi was absolutely delicious, and the one-hour class went by so quickly! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and trustworthy sushi-making experience in Tokyo.

5.00The 1-hour sushi making class went by so quickly. The class was also very well organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Making and decorating our own sushi bento was such a fun and unique experience. I especially enjoyed eating the salmon with real fresh wasabi — it was absolutely delicious and something I don’t usually get to experience.

5.00A fun and informative sushi class in the heart of Tsukiji! I felt very accomplished eating a sushi lunch I made myself. My favourite part was filling the inarizushi pocket & getting the opportunity to try fresh wasabi, which is pretty rare. They have a vegetarian/vegan option, too, which I appreciate. All in all a great time.

5.00I booked this bento making class for my little brother and I during our stay in Japan. The place was easy to find as long as you follow your GPS directions. The class was so fun and interactive. They took pictures for us while we focused on sushi making technique. And the best part was eating sushi in the middle of the fish market!

5.00We had such a wonderful time! Not only did we make a DELICIOUS bento box, we learned more about proper sushi etiquette and were able to leave with some wonderful souvenirs and new sushi cutlery. AJ was the best host!! Super amazing teachers and we both love Bakugo lol. If you guys are in Tsukiji, go take this class!! Sushi pose! 💞
