• Great experience, although rebooked and not what we wanted

  Originally we selected the 2d1n Bai Tu Long trip as this is more quiet, and hence we felt a better choice for our honeymoon. However, in the evening before our cruise we got a Whatsapp message this was no longer possible due to paint smells on the boat (..?) and they changed us to Ha Long. We had no choice but to accept it due to the timeframe and felt really disappointed even though it was mentioned to be an upgrade; we were nót looking forward to these crowds. The boat itself, the crew, friendliness, attention to detail: all 10/10 experience. Also we were there somewhat earlier than other crowds which helped experience in a good way. The transfer great too, the stop for the driver we understand but it is at a pearl farm (1 big shop) with all other boats as well. But like we expected: this is overcrowded. If you are looking for a cruise and not have too many specific wishes on where to go, you're in great hands with this operator. However, if you really want something specific, be aware this might change very last-minute (so far 2/2 experiences were changed over Whatsapp the night before)

  I don’t know where to start because every part of it was amazing. The beauty and surroundings of this natural area, the ship and the staff and the activities and the food. Getting to kayak and swim in the bay. But mainly seeing this amazing and wondrous place.

  We really enjoyed our overnight stay The staff were so attentive, friendly and very well organised. My husband did all the activity’s offered upon the cruise and really enjoyed himself. My only minor gripe would be the food I felt that this needs to be of a higher quality due to the cost of the cruise I feel this is an area that the company has tried to save on costs Overall tho I highly recommend this cruise company

  Great experience on the 2-day, overnight trip to Halong Bay. Staff were outstanding, great food, excellent massage (extra$), and well organized excursions (caves, kayaking, swimming, hike to top of one of the hills for photos). Everything is scheduled to the minute, which might make you feel rushed...but you can opt in or out of every activity. Room was deluxe including a very large bathroom and balcony. Highly recommend!

  Incredible cruise experience along the ha long and lan ha bay. The boat is really comfortable with a good restaurant and bar, jacuzzi. Our room was really clean and tidy, with all the essentials included.it was really impressive to see the small island as we navigate both bays. We had a stop to do kayaking and to sunbathe and swing on the first day. There was a cocking demonstration and tai chi session. I found the activities in the second day short, we were just kayaking in an area with that much stuff do to. I would recommended the experiencing as it was really impressive. Being additional bottles of water, as they only offer 2 small one and you have to pay for the rest of your want
