Perast is one of the most beautiful towns in the Bay of Kotor, known for its churches, palaces, seaside promenade and the two famous islands in front of the town.

Enjoy a unique adventure driving a charming electric Fiat Topolino along the scenic Bay of Kotor. Each car has two seats and you will drive in a small convoy led by a guide on a motorbike, with beautiful coastal views and photo stops along the way.

Important information before booking: A valid driver’s license is required. Guests who demonstrate unsafe driving may not be allowed to continue the tour and no refund will be issued. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour.

This was so much fun. The office was tricky to find as the Viator map takes you about 200 yards past it, but Ivan answered the call and came out to the street to find us. I wish the drive was longer so we could see more of the beautiful city. Driving was easy and so fun, tourists were asking to take pictures of the little cars. Highly recommended!

My wife and I drove this little electric car around the water’s edge of Montenegro. It was so much fun!! There were four of these little cars in our group. A guy on a scooter was our lead and another guy on a motorcycle was in the back. He helped at intersections so we could all stay together. We drove the beautiful coastline and stopped in a small town for a one hour break and we had a great lunch in that town. Everyone was waving at us as we drove by because the cars are so cute. We loved this tour and would certainly do it again!
These guys were awesome!

Great experience! Guys were so personable. Cars were pretty much new and very clean! Tip them well for a hug. Great tour!

First of all, Kotor is breathtakingly beautiful. We walked from the port to the Topolino office and met up with Nickola and his pal. They were both friendly and eager to talk about the Topolino. We took turns driving the little car through town and along the quaint coastline. Everyone started, waved, and smiled at us as we passed. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend!
So much fun! Unforgettable!

This was the best tour for me and my 78 year old father! I had so much fun driving the Fiat by the sea and through beautiful towns. It’s an open car like a golf cart, only nicer, cuter and more comfortable. As a tourist you are mostly being driven everywhere, so it really stands out to be behind the wheel for a change. I was all smiles!   Our guide was super nice, friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome all the way through. He was able to load my father’s foldable wheelchair onto the rack, so we could use it once in Perast. Thanks to the wheelchair and everyone’s help, we were able get around in town and even to Our Lady of the Rocks in a small boat.    Coming off of the cruise ship was stressful (cruise’s fault) and we were running late for 9am start. It’s about 15 minute walk from the cruise port to the starting point, but with my father’s limited mobility, we had to take a taxi, which was not easy to find. (Maybe because a lot of people just came off the ship.) But once we arrived at Topolino, all was well! It was so worth it. I highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful and unique experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt truly taken care of from start to finish. A special thank you to Nikola (I hope I got the name right) he was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I was safe and comfortable at all times. He explained everything so well and really put effort into making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his care and professionalism. The little car is absolutely adorable and such a fun way to explore Kotor. As a solo traveler, this made my experience even more special. Highly recommend .

This was one of our favorite tours ever. We loved the little Fiat Topolino car. It got a lot of attention as we drove through town. People were filming the cars as they passed by, asking us if it was a tour, and just smiling and waving. The scenery was beautiful and we had a blast.

We couldn't have asked for more! Our favorite excursion on our cruise! We were escorted by the two young entrepreneurs from start to finish to ensure our safety and help us avoid traffic issues. We loved driving along the harbor, and Perast was the cutest little village. All the other tourists were jealous and were taking pictures of us along the route. You need to do this!

Was the best tour on our vacation. My husband loved driving the little car all around Kotor! The owners of the company guided us, one in front and one in back. We were 4 cars and a scooter. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
