So the atmosphere in this spa is excellent. Really professional and very relaxing. Also the spa itself, is very clean, really welcoming. The staff is super friendly, especially Gigi and Sofia 👍👍 really only recommend who is in hanoi for 2-3 days should not miss this to come here. If relevant, you can also pay by credit card👍

The spa was amazing. They went above and beyond with their custom service. They offered tea and a snack at the start of ur treatment. They were personable and friendly from the moment u step in the door. The spa is relaxing and beautiful from the smallest details the atmosphere is breathtaking and so unique. Pam was my therapist today. She was so great. She was kind and created a relaxing environment for my treatment. I will be returning

Really enjoyed a foot treatment which also include a shoulder massage from Maya. Will come here again if I will be back in Hanoi.

Very good atmosphere and facilities, could take a shower before the massage, which is very important during the summer! Satisfied experience for us
