Do this tour if you like learning both the history of a city, and getting to know the local cuisine! Alex is a great and engaging storyteller, each food item was delicious and well thought out. This was the most special city tour I've ever done!

Alex was fabulous… he made everyone feel very welcome. His engaging manner captivated the audience. We started off with delicious chocolatine- the real authentic pastries. Our journey took us through the streets of Toulouse as Alex narrated his wonderful stories from the local history…. Each story intertwined with the delightful tasty courses. The finale expertly choreographed drawing our few hours to a conclusion outside a wonderful ‘ pretty cathedral’!!! We really enjoyed this tour with a difference. We learned so much both about food and how to eat it ‘the French way’ and the history of Toulouse and its people. Definitely one of our most enjoyable food tours.

There is nothing like this food tour that I’ve ever experienced. Completely outstanding from the tour format to the food quality and the in depth learning about history of the region. Everyone should make the time to take this tour when in Toulouse. Fabulous!!!

One of the best tours I have ever done. Alex was a wonderful host, giving a delightful history of Toulouse with engaging stories. Beautifully paced, and of course, accompanied by delicious food! I am so accustomed to history tour being a long list of names and dates. Alex, however, is a very gifted storyteller, and tells a historical story or fact tied to each location in a very memorable way; I actually remember most of what I learned! The food he serves is also relevant to the story or fact he is sharing with you. Alex’s knowledge of Toulouse, France, and food in general are excellent. He also has a great sense of humor, keeping you smiling the whole way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who happens to be in Toulouse; it is absolutely worth it!
