Jamar was an amazing tour guide. The customizable trip was perfect and everything we were looking for. We really got to see the island in a “non touristy” way which is what we were looking for. He really knew his stuff, was friendly, and made us all feel welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jamar was a first class guide for us. He met us at the Cruise Terminal ahead of time and as we were disembarking in Barbados, he was able to take our luggage and take us back to the airport for our flight to Heathrow in the afternoon after our tour. He was very personable and as a native of the island, was able to take us to places, many of which would be off the beaten track, particularly to the west of the island. He knew the best sites to visit and also the best local food restaurants. Also ne need for selfies when you had a photographer with you. We learnt lots of new things about Barbados including all about the 1700s plantation home visited by George Washington.
He goes above and beyond!!

My girlfriends and I were shown some of the best beaches and attractions in Barbados for such a reasonable price! We were picked up and dropped off on time and didn’t feel like we were rushed. He even went out of the way to make sure we got some authentic Barbados food, souvenirs and treats! Very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel safe at all times! WHEN I return to Barbados I will definitely be utilizing Jamar’s taxi and excursion services!

Great personal tour. Went places we wouldn’t have known about including handcrafted chocolate in Bridgetown, Holetown, poisonous trees, mysterious stone sculptures on the beach, delicious Bajan lunch and stopped at local grocery store so I could buy Bajan Seasoning. Highly recommend.

Ahkil at Mount Gay was very entertaining and informative. Four Square was great, getting to see the beautiful grounds and processing function. Only bad part of our tour was the joint ride that took us a significant distance away from our hotel before back tracking. Had I known the extra time it added, I would have either got our own cab back or paid to have the other group dropped off at their hotel.

Jamar is professional and also has a great sense of humour! He took the time to ask us what our interests and goals were for the tour and tailored it to meet those interests. He showed us places less travelled and incredibly beautiful as well as the main events that we asked for. We absolutely recommend Stouteland Tours!!

Jamar was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his personalized tour based off of our interests! Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to explore the island. Pro-tip: After signing up for the island tour, I read from another review that he offers airport/resort transportation. We signed up for that as well. 5 star all around.

Excellent private tour. Jamar was incredibly knowledgable and gave me a fantastic day in Barbados Coast to coast private tour. I learned about history, culture and much more. I traveled and have high standards, and I am very happy with Jamar my tour guide - He was great and spoke excellent English. Time and money well invested.

What a difference between the calm and clear waters on the west coast and the high cliffs and big surf in the North and East ! My only suggestion: take everything in at your own pace. There is much to see and 5 hours is not so much time, so you’ll have to tell your guide what your priorities are. Ours (Jamal) was quite helpful!
