Stop 1: The Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër)
Your first destination is the magical natural spring known as the Blue Eye. Hidden deep between lush mountains, this crystal-clear spring offers breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience. The water maintains a chilly temperature of 8–12°C even during the summer, making it a refreshing natural wonder.
Enjoy a peaceful coffee break surrounded by untouched nature, the soothing sound of flowing water, and the serene energy of this mystical place.
Stop 2: Lekursi Castle
On your way back to Saranda, you’ll stop at the historic Lekursi Castle, perched high on a hill overlooking the entire region. From here, you’ll enjoy a spectacular 360° panoramic view — including the city of Saranda, the island of Corfu, Butrint Lake, the Bistrica River, ancient and modern architecture, mountains, churches, and mosques — all in one breathtaking landscape.
After the tour, you will be comfortably dropped off at your original point of departure.

The Blue Eye
The Blue Eye Albania is a natural spring with a magical blue color. The spring has become a touristic attraction, because of its beauty. The Lonely Planet described the Blue Eye Albania as “magical and hypnotic”. And Atlas Obscura said it is “breath-taking and mesmerizing”.
Lekursi Castle ( Kalaja e Lëkurësit) was built in the early 16th century by Sultan Suleymani and is located on the top of a hill in Lëkurës looking directly over Sarande. It’s located about 3-4km away from the center of Saranda. The castle was initially built to protect the city of Saranda from invaders accessing the coastline by boat. From the castle, you'll have great views of Corfu and Ksamil islands.

5.00Kladji (our English tour guide) was so accommodating. A great way to get a personalized tour without having to board a bus with a big group. Kladji made sure our parking spot was close to each entrance to avoid a lot of walking in the hot sun. Highly recommend this tour!!!

3.00Our guide was very amiable but he arrived late and because we only had a set amount of time, the tour was rushed. It also meant we had no opportunity to eat and so had nothing to eat until after 6pm when we were back in Corfu - having had just a snack at breakfast!

5.00Amazing beauty! It's one of the most beautiful places in Albnia, near Saranda. It's located in nature reservat, with such a great view from the mountains 🙀 The tour was incredible 👍 We spend a really good day🙏🏻
