Alex was very kind to me, as I am not good at English. Although we could not see many animals as they were hibernating, it was a valuable experience to see animals that cannot be seen in Japan. Kiitos!

Do not book this tour! We were scheduled to depart and specifically chose this bc it said hotel pick up/drop off included. When we hadnt heard any pick up details less than 12 hours prior, I reached out to the tour manager. He informed me we would need to pay an additional 100 euro for pick up. Outrageous considering all that would have been included is entry to the zoo, which is NOT 100 euro each. I contacted viator and we canceled as they were purposefully trying to get us for more money when our contract details clearly said pick up and drop off was included. Choose another tour or go on your own. Still waiting to be refunded for a trip we did not take...

We booked this trip quite last minute but almost straight away got a what’s app confirmed pick up time for the following morning. Arrived to collect us on time and as planned. We absolutely loved this trip and would highly recommend. Aleks was fantastic and so knowledgeable. He lit a fire in the centre of the zoo and cooked us sausages, corn on the cob and marshmallows. What an experience. Also gave us lots of information and handy hints about other things in and around rovemeni. Thanks for an amazing day.
