1.00Our tour operator did not show up. Do not book this tour. I contacted the night before to confirm a meeting space more specific than meet at the Tower of London. No response-today we couldn’t find him. Just ran around asking people if they were our guide..
Rip off. No guide showed up.

1.00What a rip off. I showed up before the appointed time and there was no tour guide. I checked with the staff and they said the tours after 12 were cancelled. My tour was supposed to be 1:30pm and I was there before the start time. No tour guide!!!! Plus they didn’t refund my money!!! Don’t do this tour and get ripped off

4.00I think booking this tour with Viator was more of a convenience than necessity. Upon entering with my time slot, I immediately joined a beefeater tour! They are funny and really bring the history to life. It’s a great intro to a really extensive site. I’d highly recommend taking the 45 mins with them then exploring the rest of the tower yourself. Do your best to get as close to them as possible Zac the groups can get pretty big and hearing can become difficult.
