Absolutely worth seeing! I was positively surprised and didn’t expect there to be so much exciting to discover. Fortunately, the weather played along and so it was no problem to just linger for a moment and let the atmosphere take effect. It wasn't that busy either, the waiting time at the security checkpoint very short. Be sure to get audio guides!

The exhibition is short in comparison to the rest of the site, but it is polished and impressive. The day is shaped in part by ticket options, but the true value lies in slowing down and taking in the atmosphere.

Once inside, the exquisitely restored Medieval palace rooms allow you to truly experience the life style of the kings. The best place to take pictures in the city is from the battlements, where you can see Tower Bridge. It's like a penguin huddle around the Crown Jewels in the middle of the afternoon, so be ready for crowds.

This was not chill tour. The Crown Jewels are is busy and crowded. However, the Tower of London itself slows you down with its heavy walls, open courtyards, and solemn atmosphere. It's an odd blend of quite history, but it somehow works.

For individual who adore the story of monarchy. Overall the day has a formal, solemn vibe. Though busy, it's worth visiting.

I have to admit, both are incredibly popular places. Just be prepared for some long lines, especially if you visit during peak season. Still, I'd say it's worth it if you can get past the crowds.
