Please note that there will be no guiding inside the Jewel House and White Tower at the Tower of London as this is forbidden by the venue.

The Changing of the Guard is subject to changes in date, time and cancellation at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellation due to bad weather or other circumstances is not announced before the morning of the ceremony. When this occurs, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.

Please note that the changing of the guard schedule may change and on different dates we will see either Foot Guards or Horse Guards.

Please note that the Changing of the Guards ceremony is not included if your tour departs from 9am onwards. On these days, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access.

Our guide only talked to us for about 10 minutes. It would’ve been easier just to take the audio tour that the actual location offered. I would not recommend paying the extra costs for the brief walk our guide got us to get inside the Tower.

Very unfair that we were not made aware in advance of the celebrations and that we would not be able to watch the changing of the guard’s at Buckingham Palace. That was our primary purpose for booking this excursion!

This was supposed to be a 3 legged trip starting with Tower of London changing of the guards which was fine and our guide Sophie was knowledgeable and energetic unfortunately die to VE festivities we were not going to able to visit Buckingham Palace we were given the option of round trip Thame boat ride to the Palace but when we tried to use to QR code supplied to us we were told it was only good for one way, so we paid for 3 events and only got one , ive used Viator before and would expect some sort of compensation

Early start was good but there were other tour groups so it was still a bit crowded seeing the Crown Jewels. Also the tour guide leaves after you enter so you don’t get an on-site tour, just an introduction and some interesting history before you go in. I also saw as I was leaving where to get headsets for self tour inside the Tower that would have made my trip better to have one of them Small group of 7 was good
