Our chef will introduce you to the culinary journey ahead, sharing stories of local traditions and the importance of fresh ingredients. Menu: Raki tasting A variety of seasonal appetizers and meze Village chicken with pershesh Burek with cottage cheese Sheqerpare (traditional dessert) Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavors. Once the cooking is done, you’ll gather around a communal table to savor the feast you’ve created. By the end of the class, you’ll have not only learned how to cook beloved Albanian dishes but also immersed yourself in the warmth of local hospitality and culinary traditions. From learning how to prepare traditional dishes, to tasting everything we made, every moment was enjoyable and authentic. What made it even more special was the atmosphere. It felt warm, welcoming, and social—we didn’t just cook, we connected, laughed, and even made new friends along the way. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after it’s over. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tirana who wants something more than just a typical activity!

5.00I booked this as a fun team building experience with a mix of local and international colleagues and it was fantastic. We had some other fun participants and the host was amazing. One of the best ways to experience a culture is through food and the stories behind them and our host made sure it really was the best. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, patient and most of all fun. I would highly recommend this as a fun activity either with friends, family or colleagues. 10 stars from me.

5.005 stars by far! You get to make and try so many different dishes, and everything is very well set up and organised. The teacher was amazing so knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the whole experience. This is absolutely worth doing! I’m really looking forward to cooking everything again at home, and when I return to Albania, I will definitely come back to learn even more. Thank you for such a great day!
