5.00We had a lovely experience with Fabio and Anita enjoying a Swiss Fondue Dinner. We were graciously invited into the home for good conversation, Proseco and amazing hors d’ oeuvres . They are both welcoming and cordial! The real star of the show was a wonderful cheese fondue served with bread, pickles, mushrooms and potatoes. Rich and creamy served in beautiful stoneware on a burner. Our evening was capped off with a traditional apple torte. Bubbles, wine and amaro paired with delicious food and interesting company . It was a lovely experience. We highly recommend this experience!

5.00We spent a wonderful evening in Basel at the hosts home. They served us a beautiful meal, much of it right from their garden. The wine was locally made by a friend of theirs and amazing! Fabio and Anita are great. We had so much fun getting to know them and talking about their backgrounds. It happened to be their wedding anniversary and they joined us for dessert which was just perfect. We spent our evening in their garden because the weather was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this! Additionally, their home was easy to get to even for us small town people who live where there is no public transportation. We were able to easily navigate the tram system and it drops you off a block from their home.

5.00It was a special evening. The hosts opened their home to us and gave us an opportunity to visit with them. We got to know them and what a nice traditional meal in a home setting was like. Just like visiting with friends you haven’t met yet.

5.00Fabio and his family were so charming and inviting! Their home is lovely and their gardens are amazing! All of our food was home grown and homemade. We had so many courses I lost track! The fondue was so delicious and the wines were perfect and plentiful! Would HIGHLY recommend this experience.
