We will jump right into the real Hong Kong with rides of double-decker tram (locals call it the "Ding Ding") through different areas from east to west of Hong Kong Island. Hopping off each stop we walk into lively local markets, experience century old ceremonies, hear the stories behind spots, and what is more - we will have 10 delicious tastings of local food and drinks on the way!
If you're here for the first time, book it on the early days of your trip so that you will have a general idea of the city's food and culture layout in different areas. If you're a frequent visitor, you will like the true local taste I choose for you. And you shall get to know more of the stories and history behind them.

5.00While there is considerable walking! We experienced all of the Citi’s modes of getting around! From the Ferry to double decker trams to covered walkways and escalators! The delicious part was visiting wet markets and sampling amazing food at various local eateries not easily found as a tourist! Ashly was a wealth of knowledge and a joy to spend the day with!

Hong Kong History, 2. Hong Kong Food, 3. Hong Kong Culture, 4. Hong Kong Shopping, 5. Hong Kong Landscape. Ashley catered my prioritized list provided her to the tour exactly to perfection, I was astounded and totally blown away with the outcome. Ashley is highly knowledgeable, very patient and a true perfectionist, she explain everything from Hong Kong historical and cultural period of 1800 to date and provide the palate the simplest delicate and delicious details of Hong Kong cuisine. Ashley journalistic approach in providing a well recapped and detailed synopsis of my exact tour as occurred proved invaluable to my own detailed journal for my Hong Kong visit. 5.00We had an amazing tour with Ashley. She picked us up at the cruise terminal and we promptly headed to Hong Kong Island. Ashley provided much history of the area as well as stops for treats along the way. We loved our stop for the Soup Buns, something we had not previously tried. We walked along Cat Street and visited MAN MO temple. We found the escalator system fascinating as well as the walkways and malls connecting the office buildings. The Star Ferry was a treat and we finished up the day with a wonderful Si Chuan lunch. We would definitely recommend Ashley for a tour and would hope we have the opportunity to visit Hong Kong again and tour with Ashley.

5.00Kiyo gave us amazing and delicious tour of Hong Kong. We walked to several interesting places including riding the Metro under the harbor, the central-mid-levels escalators and the tram. We also tasted several items we had never hear of and all were yummy. He even took the time to teach us how to use the Metro ourselves. Kiyo's knowledge of Hong Kong and love for what he does was very apparent. We would highly recommend this tour!

5.00We had a great experience in Hong Kong and all thanks to Ashley and her recommendations. The tour/day we spent with Ashley was a great balance between history, food and adventure. She has so much knowledge and really helps immerse you into the culture the history and the food was amazing. We were very impressed and highly recommend taking a tour with Ashley. She is kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable.

5.00We have just got home to Brisbane cruising Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and numerous islands around Japan. We have been on numerous tours good and ordinary. Our tour with Ashley around Hong Kong was a highlight. She met us at the Cruise Terminal and then took us to places other tourists would not have seen.
