  My driver marco was amazing very kind very patient the staff at the spa was very good also the food was nice and affordable the scrubs etc was very good everything very clean and very nice

  You need to get there for 09:00hrs when it opens to ensure you get a lounger & book treatments. If you aren’t taking your own robe, flip flops & towel then you need to pay for all three so you can leave a robe or towel on your lounger when you go in the pools/saunas etc. Try out the water beds - they are well worth the extra money. Everything is paid for on your wrist band so be careful as it’s easy to rack up a big bill. The spa starts to get really busy about midday so try everything before then and then stick to the pool/lounger after that. Late afternoon /early evening is when the social media selfie squad arrive which can be annoying as they tend to block the pool steps! We had return transport from our air bnb to the spa included which was a God-send. Our driver, Marko, messaged to confirm well in advance with pick-up time and arrived at the agreed time. His car was nice & comfy and he was lovely! His English was excellent and he gave us loads of tips as he uses the spa a lot himself. He escorted us in and made sure our tickets worked. We messaged him an hour before we wanted to be picked up and he collected us from reception and delivered us to our air bnb, stopping on the way so we could go to an ATM and would’ve taken us to get food if we’d wanted. 10/10 and a big thank you to Marko for being a top driver!

  The spa was a great experience from the variety of treatment rooms and services to the ambiance of environment. The spa also has a whole section following a waterpark theme which is great for families or the young at heart! We also enjoyed eating at the spa’s Thai restaurant and getting drinks by the swim up bar. Great place to visit for a short weekend away with friends, family or as a couple! Also as part of our package we had transportation included which made the trip totally stress free. P.S our driver Andrei was the best, super informative and friendly. Thanks once again to the whole team for creating the best experience for us!

  Andrei was very kind and informative, and got me to the Spa quickly. I felt comfortable and was able to contact him with no issues regarding both pick-up times. I would definitely book with them again if I were to go back to Therme Spa Bucharest. Thanks for being so great at what you do!

  Little slice of heaven!! The transfer included was incredible. So much confidence within the driver. He was friendly and felt like a VIP. The spa was incredible. The food, the drinks, the cleanliness just everything was amazing!

  Absolutely amazing day! Our guide Marco was the best ever! Super friendly, helpful, and kind! He was on time and went out of his way to make sure my daughter and I had an amazing experience! I couldn’t recommend him more! The spa was awesome! But the service was the highlight of the day! From clear communication, on to being picked up and drop off on time, to asking if we needed to get anything to eat on our way back to our accommodations! I travel a lot, been to 37 countries. Never seen such stellar level of service! Well done! Thank you! Couldn’t recommment Marco more!

  Marco was on time, courteous and a great driver. He showed patience and humour while we peppered him with questions from the health care system to the criminal justice system in Romania 😊 Therme was amazing - glad we were there first thing in the morning as by noon it was crowded. If you want a massage or other treatment, get there super early and make a beeline for the reservation counter on the 2nd floor as spots go fast (and the line is long and slow). A nice way to relax before our tour started!
