5.00We experienced excellent service with Taximani and will definitely use them again. As a family we were looking at avoiding the coach transfer from the airport to the hotel and I came across Taximani details online. I was hesitant at first as had never pre-booked a private collection and paying prior to arriving in a country, but all was processed smoothly, with receiving proof of transaction and confirmation in writing. I followed up with an email approx. 1 week prior to our holiday and the day before we were due to land in Tunisia just to double check all was ok. All was confirmed and on our arrival was a lovely gentleman waiting in arrivals, we had a lovely air-con vehicle and had a pleasant journey to our hotel where we were the first to arrive, so no hassle and was checked in quickly. This was a great way to start our holiday and again I want to say thank you for such a pleasant experience.
