Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation. We'll always do our best to meet you at your time arrival. Since we do not have any control on flight arrivals (with delay or at earlier times), if this happens to your flight or the flight prior yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it. This is a one-way service. For the round-trip please book same product twice and specify pick-up and drop-off location. To be able to provide you the best service, please provide a valid phone number at your arrival so that we can send the pickup confirmation and the driver can contact you for your meet & greet on the day of your arrival. For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at the Baggage claim area. PICKUP and DROP-OFF Available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports and any specified location in the selected municipality. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking. Same price for all travelers (kids and adults). Professional and Friendly Service. 5.00I would highly recommend booking with this family operated transport company. They go above and beyond! Coming in with our family of five, we were all able to ride together and fit all of our luggage into one vehicle. The concierge service was just as affordable and way more convenient than booking a taxi or Uber. They will be on our list when we come back to visit. I wouldn't use anytime else🫶

5.00Great communication! The driver was accommodating and friendly when we had to modify our pick up time slightly. He was then prompt and provided a safe and easy drive to the ferry terminal. I would definitely use their service again!

5.00Luis was amazing. He went out of his way to make this transfer a memorable part of the trip. From making sure he was available for our second transfer back from the ferry port when we requested, bringing balloons and a little gift to celebrate a friend’s birthday mentioned on the first transfer we booked, to spending extra time in his day to stop and take us to some of his favorite sports to snack, eat, grab a drink, show us some of his favorite local spots and beaches, and sharing his stories and experiences about Puerto Rico. 5.00Easy pickup and lovely ride! They meet you right at baggage claim and the private service makes the experience very enjoyable. Joel, our driver, also offered to make a stop for us to get snacks since the ferry terminal doesn’t have much in the way of food.
