• Great way to get from SJO to Quepos without driving

  Charlie met us in the airport pickup area with a sign. He safely drove us 3+ hours to Quepos. On the way he offered to stop at a market or restaurant for lunch. We stopped for lunch and were on our way. He dropped us off at the car rental place in Quepos. This was a great experience seeing driving on the roads. I’m glad we did this from SJO and feel better about around. We would book this service again!

  We had a great experience with SAMA Transfers, thanks especially to our driver, Minor. He was professional, always on time, and incredibly friendly and hospitable. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived (also had cold waters ready for us) and was also there bright and early for our 5:30am departure. Along the way, he shared helpful information about the area and even helped us practice our Spanish, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend SAMA, and if you get Minor as your driver, you’re in great hands.

  Rebecca was an amazing driver and our first hostess in Costa Rica. There was a lot of traffic when we arrived, but she was calm and made the trip fun. She taught us about Costa Rica and pura vida. Such a kind and happy soul. When it was time to go home, we were sad, but so happy to see Rebecca would be our driver on our way back!! We hope to meet again 🩷 Pura vida!!

  Driver (Rebecca) was at the airport waiting when we arrived. She was visible with a sign with our name on it. She was charming and kind and made sure we were informed and comfortable. Great service.

  Rebeca provided exceptional driving service from San Jose CR Airport to the Gaia Resort in Quepos CR. It was punctual arrived exactly on time and his vehicle was clean and comfortable. Rebekah’s driving was smooth, safe and she travelled the route with experience. In addition, it was kind and courteous that made the trip pleasant and stress-free. On the way we stopped in Congo an exquisite meal. I highly recommend Rebeca to anyone who needs reliable transportation in Costa Rica. Thank you Rebeca Mora for your attention! Hugs China...

  "We had our first experience using private transport in Costa Rica, and it exceeded our expectations! Rebeca welcomed us at the airport, and the 5-hour ride was a breeze. We stopped for dinner and enjoyed great conversation along the way to our hotel. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the journey even more enjoyable.   My family and I hired Sama Tranfers twice on our recent trip to Costa Rica, and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We strongly recommend them. Th first drive was from San Jose airport to our hotel in Manuel Antonio, which was about 3 hours. Rebecca was our driver and she was excellent. She met us at the airport just as had been communicated, and she could not have been nicer. She is an excellent driver and knew the roads well; we felt very safe in her care. We do not speak very much Spanish, but we had no trouble communicating with Rebecca. Our next drive was the 6-hour journey from Manuel Antonio to Guanacaste. We were thrilled to learn that Rebecca would be our driver again, and her skills were just as good as they were on our drive from the airport. We made a few stops along the way for restrooms and refreshments, and she always knew the best places. (Side note: restrooms in Costa Rica are so much cleaner than in the U.S.!) But the highlight for us was when she stopped so that we could see crocodiles after we mentioned that we had not seen any in the national park. Rebecca is excellent at her job. We were impressed with Sama Transfers’ communication with us, and the two vans we rode in were very comfortable and had top-notch air conditioning. • Great ride to Quepos / Manuel Antonio

  Absolutely outstanding service! They were waiting right outside the exit doors of the airport with a sign with our name on it, insisted on loading the bags in the van for us, and provided ice cold water bottles. We stopped after an hour for a great restaurant for lunch and outdoor seating, and then stopped again a bit later to look at crocodiles under a bridge which my family loved! They also offered to stop at a supermarket prior to reaching our destination so we could stock up on supplies! Really friendly and chill situation, all afternoon. Thanks!

  Very nice driver. He was on time and very friendly. He told us about the local area. We got to our destination in Quepos safely.
