5.00It was a great way to see more of chile and not waste a day just getting to the port. We were picked up at our hotel ( communication with the tour guide was through what’s app). Valparaiso was worth seeing and the guise was very informative. We were dropped at the cruise port in plenty of time to check in.

5.00We had a wonderful day with our guide, Valeska, and our driver, Israel. Valparaíso is an absolute must-visit when traveling to Chile, and on the way back to Santiago we also enjoyed an excellent wine tasting experience in the Casablanca Valley. Valeska and Israel were both highly professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to share insights, tips, and helpful advice about anything you might want to know. Everything was well organized and seamless. I would highly recommend this tour with them to anyone visiting Santiago. It was truly one of the highlights of my entire trip to Chile.

5.00I'll be honest, I had never been on a Tour before and wasnt sure if this type of travel was for me- but after working with Valeska and Israel I have a new appreciation for touring! Every detail was handled seamlessly and it was so nice to not worry about anything, like where to store our bags during activities or how to take couple photos without getting my phone stolen. We had a wonderful time with our guides on our tour going from Santiago to Valparaiso. They were very prompt with pickup and departure went perfectly. We appreciated all of the information that Valeska shared about the geography and climate as we drove through the Casablanca Valley, and our wine tasting experience was delicious. We also spent some time in Viña del Mar, and we were lucky that it was not very crowded at the Flower Clock and at our other stops. Our walking tour in Valpo was a wonderful introduction to the city and its history and Valeska shared a lot of fantastic recommendations tailored to our interests and our schedule. She also gave us lots of good advice on how to navigate the city and avoid misfortune. We had such a great time learning from her! Also, I really enjoyed Israel's music playlist, it kept our energy up during the drive to Valpo. They answered all our questions and I'm looking forward to our next few days here. Israel was very kind and dropped us off directly at our hotel instead of the port. They have given us such a great experience that I'm already planning out our next visit to Chile! Valeska and Israel are very experienced and we appreciated all they had to share. We'd love to join some of their other tours in the future!

5.00We were pleasantly surprised. I had some free time before boarding, so we decided to take a tour. We hadn't really researched the area because it wasn't our final destination. However, we were enchanted by Valparaíso, its colorful streets, its history, and the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean from the hills. The tour guide and the vineyard were delightful and explained the entire route to us with great enthusiasm. For my next trip I would like to stay a few days in Valparaíso!

5.00I decided to take a one-day tour of Valparaíso, traveling from Santiago, and it was an amazing experience. We walked through the Alegre and Concepción hills, filled with colorful houses and street art everywhere. We took the Reina Victoria funicular and enjoyed spectacular views of the ocean. What struck me the most was the urban art, which seems to be on every corner. Giant murals and hidden messages in the colors not only beautify the city but also tell stories and reflect Valpo's unique identity. Valparaíso has a special energy, where the old and the modern blend together in perfect harmony. The steep streets, historic funiculars, and ocean views give it a unique charm. I also want to thank my tour guide, who made the experience even more enriching with her knowledge and passion for the city. If you love history, art, and landscapes, this tour is the perfect choice.

5.00Friendly guide, sense of humor, quiet Great explanations, impeccable communication Points ideas for taking good photos Patient Against Could have had a little more time in Viña del Mar to take pictures, meet more calmly. I didn't end up at a point I wanted. I understand the dynamics of hitting the fastest city to be able to fix another ride. Maybe it makes more sense to most tourists. Overall, great tour, excellent guide. Beautiful place!

5.00Just thank you for giving us such a beautiful day on the Pacific coast, beautiful panoramas, accompanied by the stories that enriched the tour even more. The streets of Valparaiso, the architecture of the place, the murals and the artists make the port a unique place, the walk is complemented by the visit to a vineyard where you can enjoy exquisite Chilean wines and beautiful views of the Valley. We had time to have lunch and delight in the wonderful gastronomy! Overall everything was a great complement although each place was very different; recommended 100% and our guide Mateo as driver Rodrigo.
