1.00This booking was not able to accommodate my travel needs. I tried to cancel immediately upon realization (less than 5 minutes after making the booking). My attempt to cancel was not accepted. I contacted Viator multiple times. They tried to contact the tour operator. The tour operator sent me a text yet did not confirm if they could accommodate my transfer. It was not until an hour after I needed the transfer that I was co texted. By that time I was going through security at the airport. I had to make other arrangements. My transfer wound up being double. I am a travel advisor as well.
