Vehicle is at pick up location 15 minutes before set pick up time. Driver and client(s) will be introduced to each other. Noted destination will be acknowledged and transfer will then commence. Clients are dropped off at location. Driver makes sure that clients are delivered and nothing is left behind in the vehicle. Driver leaves 5 minutes after clients enters establishment.

5.00Almorie is easily one of the best drivers in Saint Martin. She’s extremely professional and makes you feel safe from the moment you get in the car. The vehicle is spotless, smells amazing, and the AC works perfectly—everything you want in a ride. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

3.00Not a good way to start vacation. Waited for car service to find us after going through customs. Told Escalade with female driver was out waiting for us. After four phone and further investigation we noticed a black GMC with Brocken tail light driven by a male driver. We confirmed him to be our driver. Driver was nice but unfamiliar with our hotel. We drove passed and had to turn back around to get to the entrance of the hotel.
Highly recommend this company! Terrific driver

5.00Very communicative and on-time. We also had a very fun and lovely conversation on the drive to our hotel. The car was very clean and our driver was a wonderful driver. She navigated the windy roads with ease.

5.00Our flight was cancelled due to the action in Venezuela and we had to rebook the next day. The folks at the car service were very accomodating and handled our transport like professionals. Highly recommend their service.

5.00They were fantastic! Responded very quickly, and checked in several times as plane was delayed. Christopher was waiting, and a wonderful driver with stories and lots of questions about us. Highly recommend. Very enjoyable after long day of travel!

5.00Our driver Amalie was fantastic! She was very pleasant to have conversation with and even gave us very helpful information on the areas we would be staying in! Plan on user her service every time we come to St Martin by way of request with Viator.
Viator - Very Poor Airport Transfer Service

1.00We booked a transfer with Viator because it is our first trip to this island and we wanted a trusted name to have a driver for us at the airport with a nice private van transfer. We did not receive any communication from Viator as promised in the email from Viator. When we arrived no one was there for us and with no information on where they would be - so we were left to wander around looking ourselves. After multiple clicks into obscure “contact me” info, we finally found a phone number. The person said they would get us a driver. So we waited in front of the taxis - a row of nice and new vans waiting for those needing a ride. We were told to look for a Silver Sienna - but were finally greeted by an old white subcompact Rio. The driver was nice and took us straight to our resort. No harm. The problem is that we could have found our own way, hailed our own cab - and had a much quicker ride in a much nicer vehicle for our “Private Transfer”. Instead, we paid more to Viator who apparently waited until we arrived and called them for them to call us an old subcompact ride. Not what was advertised, not what we wanted or ordered, and not what we paid for. Very unprofessional handling of a first greeting in a foreign country. Disappointed and stain on prior positive experiences we have enjoyed with Viator in Europe.
Great and timely airport transfer

5.00Almorie Hodge our driver was on time and called us as we landed at the airport. She is friendly professional and brought is very good time taking us through beautiful and quaint little streets of the French part of the island to avoid traffic and to the Grand Case airport well ahead of time. And her car is luxurious. We will book her on our return and I would recommend her and Exquiste travels to all visitors.
