5.00I had excellent experience and great service with this company. Unfortunately I broke two legs and had to travel back. The company send large car with room for my legs, the driver was amazingly patient and kind, I had bottle of water next to me. The driver arrived exactly on time. Really great service!

5.00We had a very good experience with this company! We had a transfer from Sofia to Plovdiv with a driver named Georgi and did a tour of Asen's Fortress and Bachkovo monastery with Ivan, and both guys were kind, helpful and very good drivers.

5.00Unitrans was incredible duringour short trip to Bulgaria this summer. From the beginning, they were quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel incredibly comfortable. Our driver Ivan was waiting for us at the airport in Sofia when we arrived and told lots of great stories and gave us plenty of great recommendations on our drive to Plovdiv. When Ivan picked us up in Plovdiv for our return trip to Sofia, he was there right on time and helped us load all of our heavy luggage from our small AirBnB in Kapana. His car was clean and had plenty of space for our two large suitcases, two small suitcases, and our backpacks. Unitrans and Ivan were incredible and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them the next time we are in Bulgaria!

5.00Absolute champions! Called them 2 hours before the trip to reserve a car, they found a car and a driver immediately, booked the whole trip in less than 2 minutes. The car arrived on time. Were traveling from Plovdiv to Sofia, address to address. Asked the driver to stop several times at the Gas stations, he did. The driver drove safely, carefully, professionally. Excellent service, great people at the company! Highly recommend the company! The prices are fair.

5.00Took a transfer from Sofia to Nis and it was perfect! Driver, Bobi, was polite and friendly. The car was clean and very comfortable. Charging cables, water, hand sanitizer and tissues provided. Price was reasonable and in line with other providers. I would recommend Unitrans.bg to everyone!

5.00Fantastic experience. Friendly, flexible and responsive. All clean cars and great drivers. We were supposed to rent a car to drive to Plovdiv but didn’t realize we needed an IDP. Called this company and they came to our rescue. Service couldn’t have been better! Extremely communicative and helpful. Liked them so much we booked them to take us to the airport tomorrow!! Highly recommended!!
