1.00Contracted transportation service failed to show. Reservation had been made months in advance. No response or apology from company as to why they failed to show. Had to scramble to find my own transportation during a high demand time (Carnival in Panama). Would never use them again. One positive note - Viator immediately refunded my payment in less than an hour after I filed for a refund with them.
