  It is our second trip to Rio and we called without hesitation Agostinho of RTT transfer to entrust the transfers of our family of 5 people: to go to Buzios, back from Arraial do Cabo and transfers to and from the airport: as always, it was a total pleasure to travel with him. Punctual, responsible, excellent driving, friendly, attentive, good conversation (Agostihno also speaks several languages). We recommend it in closed eyes and will continue to contact you whenever we go to Rio.

  We traveled to divers with my family, my baby and our cat, the experience was very cute, agostinho was extra attentive, always gave us time to feed and change the baby, also informed us all along the way of where we were, tourist places and tips for our stay, speaks many languages and that makes our communication much easier as I speak Spanish and my husband German and English. He made a stop for us to attend to the baby and we can eat, all calmly and without haste, at that moment I take care of our cat very fondly. The truth that we could not hire a better transport, I highly recommend it and we will rehire it when our family comes to visit, we know that they will be in excellent hands. We are very grateful.

  Unbelievable customer service, the best i have ever seen in Brazil. Our trip was altered so many times and they accomodate every change without hesitation. Their vehicle is basically a brand new high class passenger van, with even an over head hanger to place small personal items. I traveled with my entire family of 9 (4 kids under 4 included) to Buzios after a 48 hour whirlwind journey from California during covid lockdown for tourists coming to Brazil, so you can imagine our air travel nightmare. Agostinho’s reception changed the whole stressful vibe of our journey. The Van came with 4 car seats already installed and ready to go, our kids slept comfortably the whole way to Búzios. The service was so excellent we used Agostinho for 3 other tourist trips in Rio. Cant say enough good things about his counterpart Fabiana also, who answers emails in the middle of the night! She gave us all the info we needed to feel safe to travel during Covid with our entire family. Our driver was vaccinated and took mask precautions the whole trip. I cant recommend them more. Thank you for everything!

  Punctuality, sympathy and dedication and quite helpful.We left at the agreed time, provided relevant information for me, experienced user about the region, some curiosities.The vehicle is new, quite comfortable.We needed water, and the vehicle was already available and was provided to us.
