5.00We had an incredibly time with Suren! From planning the trip to having him as a private driver, Suren was very flexible, extremely friendly, and always easy to reach. He made every request we had possible and made sure the trip was smooth and stress-free. Throughout the trip he shared amazing stories and knowledge about Buddhism and Sri Lanka’s history, and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I can highly recommended!

5.00A memorable 2 week holiday to celebrate our 50th birthday as well as our 23rd wedding anniversary. Surendra was superb, planned everything to the smallest detail while we enjoyed a relaxing holiday. All the hotels chosen by Suren were 5+ and enjoyed all the places we visited ... and he even added on an additional stop at short notice (we truly appreciated this). Whoever chooses Suren is in touch 5+ treatment from start to finish. We felt safe in his company.

5.00We booked our Sri Lanka tour and were lucky enough to be given Suren as a guide. From first meeting us with genuine warmth and a flower necklace (a beautiful gesture) until the moment he dropped us off at the airport he showed a great knowledge and passion for his country. We had incredible experiences and he went out of his way to show us things we would enjoy. Suren is a great photographer and showed us some amazing spots for photos and took lots of us himself. Suren made sure our anniversary was celebrated in the hotel we stayed at, he organised an anniversary cake for us which was a very special surprise. He was always punctual, professional, friendly and courteous to everyone he met. We had an amazing experience with him and will carry the memories of a fabulous time in a beautiful country with a very passionate local. We particularly enjoyed his insights into Buddism and the visit to a temple was fabulous. Our itinerary called for 2 days free time yet Suren suggested extra activities for us to experience more of Sri Lanka and happily accompanied us. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

5.00Wow wow wow, there are not enough words to describe how wonderful our trip has been. We have spent our last evening talking all about how much we love Sri Lanka and how our trip really wouldn’t have been what it was if it wasn’t for our guide Surendra from Natureland Tours. Surendra’s knowledge of all things Sri Lanka including the food, culture, history, geography (he literally did ever journey without looking at a single map, even when the plans changed!), we learnt so much during our trip and that was all thanks to him. Surendra is reliable, has great communication skills, is extremely caring and considerate and always takes note of the smallest details. He got to know us very quickly and was therefore able to cater our trip to everything he knew we would enjoy, adding extra stops to places we would never had seen do experienced if it wasn’t for him. Trying all of the local foods and visiting families on remote islands all under his guidance. Everything was explained so clearly and nothing was too much to ask. Surendra is a very safe driver, even on the trickiest of roads. An added bonus was that he is the best at taking some great photos and knowing the best places for incredible scenic photos! Surendra at Naturland Tours was recommended to us from a friend and I can’t recommend him enough. If you are looking for the best way to see Sri Lanka and learn whilst you go then look no further. Thank you Surendra for truly giving us the trip of a lifetime. Megan and James

5.00We are home now 🥲after the most wonderful adventure touring beautiful Sri Lanka. I can’t recommend Surendra Subasinghe at NatureLand Tours enough because everything from start to finish was perfect. Expertly curated, in the thick of the action and always in the best spots to take great photographs. Safe driving at all times even on some of the more treacherous roads. He was a fantastic guide, he knew everything about Sri Lanka , the nature, the history, the culture , the religions and diversity and especially the food . We loved stopping off roadside to experience some of the more exotic fruits. I have to say, the fresh jackfruit from the local market with salt and pepper was a particular favourite and I can’t wait to try it again next time we visit. Surendra Subasinghe was extremely professional at all times,attentive, gracious, always punctual( unlike me!) polite, with a cheerful sense of humour. It was fantastic to be able to integrate with villagers and locals without feeling intimidated or intrusive. His experience with tourism was clear from the start of our trip and I can’t imagine a better driver and guide in Sri Lanka, we certainly wouldn’t have experienced what we did without him. Surendra even drove an hour out of his way 2 days after our tour ended to personally surprise us with a superb framed picture momento before we left for home. We were deeply touched by his generosity and kindness 🙏 Thank you for a fantastic holiday and it was a privilege getting to to know you
