5.00This was a great ride from the airport in San Juan to the port in Fajardo. The driver, Emanuel, called me as soon as I booked the trip to certify my arrival at San Juan. He picked us up from the luggage carrousel at the airport as soon as we landed. His van was clean and the AC worked perfectly. We were not sure if we could get tickets for the ferry, so Emanuel stayed with us and helped us through the logistics. Overall, it was an excellent, comfortable and safe trip. ¡Gracias Emanuel!

5.00Emanuel was amazing! We had to arrange last second transportation from San Juan to Ceiba to catch a 12 PM ferry. Our original transportation fell through when the company (Taxi Touristico) wasn't available to arrange for days, and was not returning calls. Emanuel picked us up from the car rental and took us to the ferry terminal in Ceiba. He was super nice, and very knowledgeable--telling us all about the places we drove through. I would 100% reccomend this service. :0)
