3.0Comfortable but a bit boring . Having already seen some spectacular scenery we found this boring. Would be ok for people who haven’t experienced the interior of NZ

5.0The whole event was well organised and pleasant. The staff were welcoming. They did run out of a lot of choices for food. The views were stunning most of the time but it was not always easy to get a good photo.

5.0Very beautiful journey. Comfortable train. Cafe car had nice choices. Greymouth was fun to wander and good choice of walking trails. The walk along the quay was lovely and had good historical markers.
