Kolsai Lake
This is a lake of amazing beauty, surrounded by mountains and pine forests. If you wish, you can take a boat or catamaran ride around the lake. There is also a cafe where you can have lunch. The menu includes pilaf, lagman, manti, shish kebab, and salads.
The water here, due to its purity, is almost invisible, and the surrounding landscape with mountains and green meadows will complement the charm of this place. We will travel to the lake from the village in UAZ vehicles and, at your request, on horses with experienced escorts.

5.00This was my favorite tour in Almaty. Our Tour Guide, Nus was so energetic and speaks really good english. He ensures everyone is well take care of and he really entertained us from morning till late night. The lakes and canyons are soooo beautiful, the horse back riding in Kaindy lake was also a highlight for me. Highly recommended!

5.00Amazing tour of Kolsay, Kaindy and Charyn — impressive and varied landscapes. The guide Adam was the highlight: attentive, organized and full of interesting information. Always concerned about the group and making everything light and fun. The logistics worked very well and the day yielded too much. I highly recommend to anyone in Almaty!

2.00- no taxi to kaiyndy , guid will force you to ride the horse -Horse riding was 8000 not 7000 -Plan has been changed without any noticed ( charlyn canyon swap with kolsai lake) - no water proof shoe as mentioned, a lot of mud - driver drove so fast and unsafely

2.00The itenity has been changed without notify they swap kolsai instead of charyn canyon. - There was no waterprood shoe cover for clients shoe which we met a lot of mud (as advetised) - There was no UAZ taxi fee to get kaiyndy lake. guide said no taxi we need to rent a horse ricde. Horse riding was not 7000 kaz but 8000 kaz.
