Mountains are calling and we must go! Follow us up to the olympic mountain Trebevic and enjoy in tasty picnic lunch from mountain top! Meeting at Torus Tours office Obala Isa-bega Ishakovica 3. We will have around 10 kilometers of cycling on a asphalt road which was a front line during the war which happend here in Bosnia and Herzegovina 92'-95'. We can have a look at Sniper Alley from above! After that we have 4 kilometers of gravel road and we are at the top of the mountain! We will decide which trail is the best option for us from here.Trails are 3-7 kilometers long. After trails we will head to abandoned bob sleigh track from Olympic games which were held in 1984. This is one of a only few bob sleigh track in which you can actually ride a bike! After ride down the bob sleigh track we are choosing between trails again. When we finish with any of those we are going to the city center through narrow streets of Sarajevo! Total ride is around 25 kilometers with 1170m in elevation gain.

Trebević is a mountain in central Bosnia and Herzegovina, located to the southeast of Sarajevo, in the territory of East Sarajevo city, bordering Jahorina mountain. Trebević is 1,627 meters tall, making it the second shortest of the Sarajevo mountains.
Sarajevo Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track
Sarajevo Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track is a bobsleigh and luge track situated on Trebević mountain overlooking the City of Sarajevo, built for the 1984 Winter Olympics. Unfortunately track got damaged in the past war so bobsleighs and luges can't go down the track. But we can do it on the bikes!

5.00Mido and Kramer were fantastic tour guides. We decided to get driven to the top, which was definitely a good idea as going up would’ve been hard ..even though we cycle almost daily back home. At the top it’s pretty challenging with the hairpin bends and if you’re scared of heights this won’t be for you! But the views are INCREDIBLE! Going down the bob sleigh track was so much fun. A real highlight of our trip. Thanks again guys!! Also lunch was delish 😋

5.00My friends and I had a fantastic day out biking, taking in stunning views, and topping it off with the adrenaline rush of the bobsleigh track. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and our guide, Said, was both helpful and informative—he supported us every step of the way. A word of advice: when it says “Moderate Fitness Required,” take it seriously! The climb is essentially up a mountain and demands both stamina and determination. The descent on narrow paths can also feel a bit daunting if you’re not used to mountain biking, but overall it was an incredible and rewarding experience.

5.00Did this trip with my wife and it was brilliant, definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. Our guide Said was a really nice guy and pointed out key areas, landmarks etc and spoke about the history. It was a tough climb but well worth the effort, the views were incredible. Cycling down the bobsleigh track was epic, one of the best things I’ve done on two wheels, would love to do it again. The lunch pack was great, we’re both vegetarian and this wasn’t a problem and it was a great way to try some of the local food. If you’ve got some off road cycling experience and are up the challenge of the climbing you won’t be disappointed!!

5.00I had a wonderful day out mountain biking in the mountains of Sarajova. Decent climb but the scenery and downhill rush (not to mention riding down the bobsled track!!!) was absolutely amazing!! Our guide, Said, was great and shared with us his local knowledge about Sarajova and Bosnia. The food provided was delicious and filling (and included appreciated snacks of bananas and cookies). Overall, I would highly recommend Torus Tours - it felt like I was riding out with friends 😄

5.00We were a group of 8 guys and had a great biking tour together with Kamer from Torus Tours. The view from the top of the mountain is incredible and the ride down is one of the best trail rides I have ever had. Also very cool to see the outskirts of Sarajevo and the houses built in the incredible steep slopes of the city. The down the old olympic park is also very cool. Be aware that is somewhat of a challenge to ride the bike all the way to the top, we started in the old town and rode the bikes all the way. A great experience, but it took us 5-6 hours back and forth, so be prepared for a solid trip. Kamer brought water and food (great food by the way!) but it can be a smart to bring some extra water. Kamer is a great guide and excellent biker. Highly recommended! The best experience we had in Sarajevo!

5.00It was an amazing ride. Kamer arranged transport and bikes right away as soon as I asked. In addition to being very attentive, I discovered that he was national champion of down hill mountain bike. We had an unforgettable tour, a pity I couldn't stay longer. It was perfect and the photos were wonderful. I highly recommend this tour, it's worth every penny.

5.00Really perfect trip around Sarajevo moutains. We climb a bit by car then cycling, it was adapted to our level with as much break we need! Then the downhill was excellent with single tracks in the forest then riding on the bobsleigh track and to finish on Sarajevo street. Very good program with good material, food and guide! Thanks you Kamer for this trip!
