This day tour from Warsaw visits Treblinka II Extermination Camp Memorial and Museum, one of the most important Holocaust sites in Poland. Located near Małkinia, Treblinka II was the second-deadliest Nazi German extermination camp, where around 900,000 Jews were murdered during World War II.
Travel with an English-speaking guide who provides historical context on Nazi occupation and the Holocaust in occupied Poland. The visit begins at the Treblinka Museum, featuring artefacts, documents, photographs, survivor testimonies, and a scale model of the camp, along with a short documentary film.
Afterward, walk along symbolic railway tracks into the former camp area. Although the original buildings were destroyed in 1943, memorial installations mark key locations. The visit concludes at the central monument made of over 17,000 stones, commemorating destroyed Jewish communities.
The tour is conducted at a calm, respectful pace, with time for reflection before returning to Warsaw.

Our half day tour of the Treblinka Museum was an exceptional, memorable experience. Conrad, our guide, provided an excellent overview of the history of what led up to the events of 1939-1945. His insights gave us a much more meaningful tour. The Museum itself and the site commemorating the Treblinka facilities are a very somber reminder of the horrors that occurred here. Conrad shared a lot of Poland’s post-war history on our return to Warsaw, which was very fascinating and helped us better enjoy our trip overall to Warsaw.

Tom was timely with pickup, wonderfully friendly in demeanor, and very informative. He was certainly respectful given the subject matter of Treblinka, and conveyed the rich history of the area. We appreciated his passion for this tour and the subject matter, and also thank him for the great Warsaw recommendations. Thank you Tom!!

Hands down the highlight of our trip to Poland. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood the significance of everything. The added bonus was on the trip to the site through Warsaw where all the historical locations were pointed out and how they related to Treblinka. This is a must do tour with guide! Worth every penny and then some.

A trip to Treblinka is one of history and remembrance. This was the perfect tour and the perfect guide. Highly recommend. During the 1h20minute drive, Martin told us the history of Poland and even had maps to illustrate what he was talking about. Stops were not rushed and we were able to walk around the entire memorial. Martin was available to answer questions the entire way. If you are lucky enough to select this tour, you will be better off for it.
