The scenery was beautiful and Paul was a great tour guide. He gave us a yummy lunch recommendation and we had plenty of time in each location.
AlpExcursions and Viator are Horrible

Viator is horrible, the tour operator they hired for me was AlpExcursions, they were worse. I paid 1500 dollars for a private tour. The week before I sent a message on the Viator app for confirmation of the tour, 4 days later I got confirmation that the tour operator existed, then I asked to confirm pick up at my hotel in Zurich and what kind of car it would be. Crickets until two days before , they said they would get me driver information the day before the tour which was on a Monday. Sunday at 5 pm after attempts to contact AlpExcursions I called Viator and told them I wanted to cancel as I had not heard from tour operator. 20 minutes after we cancelled, at 6:05 pm, the tour operator confirms the trip for the next morning. AlpExcursions were horrible, rude, and would not refund me my 1500. I booked another tour company for another 1500. Use Swiss Magic Tours for anything in Switzerland. AlpExcursions is garbage. Horrible, the worst company, I spent 5 days chasing them down. Swiss Magic tours were amazing from top to bottom. Communication was great, Benji the driver was amazing, punctual, and so pleasant to be around. Do not use Viator or AlpExcursions ever. Both miserable and single handedly ruined my vacation with additional stress which was so unnecessary. Just confirm the tour. I will never use Viator again, But no one should ever use AlpExcursions.

The trip has exceeded our expectations. We have visited amazing sites, very good mix of urban destinations with others of stunning scenery and nature. The organization has been impeccable, has given us time to see everything, without rush, dedicating the necessary time to each destination I would like to mention our driver Jean Nike, very attentive always, has moved us all the time impeccably. And of course, special mention for José Antonio, our guide, who has given us all the necessary information to take advantage of all our visits, always with great enthusiasm, joy and professionalism. A real crack. Also comment on the Great Mood among the whole group, we have met great people who have made the trip much better. We will certainly repeat

Full day experience to Rhine Falls and The Black Forrest. It’s a hike up to the waterfall in Triberg, but the town by lake Titisee was super cute.

We had a great time and Pie (Payam) was really an excellent great tour guide. He was really Patient with our kids and explained everything very well along the trip. Love to plan our next trip already!!!!

Payam was great!! He explained everything so well! Would highly recommend him. We went to Germany and explored beauty of Black Forest and enjoyed most delicious cake and food.

We had a great day out with Payam! This was our second tour in two days with him. We decided very late on the day of our first tour to book in another tour for the following day. Payam was very accommodating and after rearranging his day fitted us in. He is very flexible and you get to spend more or less time in various places to focus on what you are most interested in. Including giving our kids some time at a playground, and entertaining them with games on our journey. Highly recommend, and would definitely do again if the opportunity arose. Great day - thanks Pie!!

Our trip to the Black Forest and Rhine Falls was awesome! Our tour guide, Pie, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and adjusted our tour to our needs and interest. We didn't think we would be capable of the hike to the top of the waterfall in Germany so he was able to accommodate and instead gave us time to take a lake cruise on Lake Titisee. He also made a wonderful recommendation for lunch and helped us understand the menu. Throughout the day he took over 80 pictures for us to document our entire experience! We accidently left a jacket in the vehicle and between Pie and Alp Excursions it was returned to us early the next morning. I highly recommend this tour and this operator!

The trip was amazing. The day was well spent and the views were beautiful. Our tour guide PIE was fantastic knowledgeable and provided outstanding service.
