5.00The guide was very nice and good. We saw some very beautiful Nothern lights dancing, white, green and pink. They made a pretty bonfire, they even had vegetarian hot dog and hot chocolate. He take some very good pictures.

5.00Our tour was so great! We were able to see the lights thankfully, our tour guide Dag was the best! He was really knowledgeable and answered all our questions and told us fun facts on the bus. Would really recommend this tour!

1.00The aurora borealis were bad to see, the location was bad and the area not so exceptional. The fire was small for so many people and the photos left much to be desired. Very disappointing.

5.00What an experience we had with Martin, an easy-going, funny and very competent guide. They are a local business so they know a lot about the area and the best places to see the northern lights: we stopped several times, our heads turned up to the sky to admire the show going on, with beautiful green and purple colors in the sky (the weather on that day was perfect). It was magical! I have been dreaming about seeing the northern lights for years and with Martin this dream came true, an exciting and magic experience, and it felt like we had known him forever. And of course we will never forget our faces in the snow! Then we had dinner at a cabin on the coast: hot dogs, hot drinks and cookies. We booked directly on their website to get a 10% off because we booked a second tour with them and I think it was a good price compared to other agencies and, above all, we really enjoyed our time! If you are looking for a northern lights tour, Hello Tromso will not disappoint you!

5.00We had booked the smaller group and more expensive tour, but they moved us to the big bus tour because there wasn’t enough people for the small bus tour. It was still a great experience and they refunded the difference to us. We drove for hours because it was raining and really cloudy. I was convinced that there wouldn’t be any opportunities of seeing the northern lights that night. Then the sky cleared up at midnight and we saw the lights! I’m so glad the tour guide, Martin, didn’t give up. He knew better. I’ve heard from others who went out the same night we did, but they didn’t see the lights. We had also booked the next night just in case. We skipped the 2nd night since we already saw it. We booked them because they pick up at our hotel, the Scandic Grand, which made it very convenient. This is a straight up company. I would book them again.

5.00I had this tour 2 times in a week and would have again if I had more time there. Special thank you to Isabella, Martin, Nicolai, Jose for their kindness. They gave us all the details we needed and took very good care of us. The pictures are amazing, thank you for them too. The price of the tour is affordable. Hardly recommended tour, choose them if you want to have a lifetime experience.
