Your evening begins at our Tromsø meeting points. Routes may go up to two hours one way, crossing fjords and valleys as we chase clear skies supported by our 24/7 Back Office Aurora Command Center and 150 plus staff across Northern Scandinavia. When skies open, step into remote Arctic scenery as guides capture professional DSLR photos of you under the Aurora.

3.00Trust is earned with sweat and hard work. I invested a lot of money and brought the entire family, yet no souvenir with photos remained. You promised, but did not deliver. There are no photos from December 25, 2025. They promised professional photography. We showed up empty-handed. Turns out, so did they.

5.00The tour was well run from start to finish. Lucas was a friendly and informative guide who was always happy to help, and Martin drove carefully and confidently throughout the trip. Everything felt smooth and well coordinated. Overall, a solid and enjoyable experience, and I’d happily recommend this tour.

1.00We booked this trip looking forward to seeing the lights. On the day of the trip we were told due to the cloud and the weather they would have to cancel. We asked if we could change to another day and were told we couldn’t. We were promised a refund and it would be between 10-15 days. I think this is a long time too the fact they let us down. This week I asked again where the refund was and was told it would be a further 3-5 days. Still no refund. Today I got in touch with GetYourGuide who advised me no refund was put through and I had to fill a form out and within an hour all emails came through from GetYourGuide that they had issued the refund. I am really not happy with the service and lies given. I highly recommend GetYourGuide but not Artic GM.

5.00The tour was great! We really enjoyed the experience. We met in the city center of Tromso, and a 16 seat van picked us up. We drove for around 2h and tried a couple of spots and finally stopped in a frozen lake. At the beggining the auroras were not very visible, but the guides knew what they were doing. We just waited while taking pictures, having nice conversations with Lucas and then the whole show started. The sky became clear, and we saw a whole show of beautiful auroras. Assam's driving skills were great taking us safely to the best spot. Victor's knowledge and technicall skills were absolutely great, very trustworthy and full of interesting facts. Lucas was caring, attentive and wouldn't get tired of making tons of pictures. He made the evening much more enjoyable and it is obvious how passionate he is about the Northern Lights. As a point for improvement, the snack offering could be improved. Thank you guys for such wonderful experience!! When we come back we will definitely repeat with you!!

5.00Excellent organized tour. Luigi, Jorgos and apologizes forgot the name of the van driver, did their best to find the Aurora and made us happy with seeing Aurora. It was amazing experience. I would recommend the guys to any traveler has Aurora on the list.

5.00I had an amazing experience on this Northern Lights tour in Tromso. The staff Gaia, Lucas and Abu were extremely professional and knowledgeable, guiding us throughout the night as we searched for the Aurora in different locations. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, we were always able to find it with fun and good laughs! The photos they took of us were absolutely beautiful and will be unforgettable memories. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tromso.

1.00Can I leave ZERO stars? We were at the pick up point 15 minites prior and waited for over an hour but nobody showed up! No phonenumber to reach anyone, only offices that are closed in the evening, so we couldn't do anything. Very disappointing!!!
