You’ll be driven into the Troodos mountains through carefully selected villages to visit 5 traditional product workshops and taste a variety of Cypriot delicacies. One of these stops will be a boutique winery plus a visit to the scenic Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery. You'll experience foods* such as halloumi, village bread, wine, olive oil, honey & traditional sweets. Along the way we’ll stop at a village tavern to enjoy an authentic meze lunch.

5.00Me and my mum had a wonderful time on the village and wine tasting tour. The tour guide Christina was brilliant, such a lovely person and very informative throughout the tour. We got to see how the local people make certain food items such as bread, halloumi, olive oil. The group is small, only 6 people which is fantastic if you do not like big group tours. The food tasting was really good and the wine tasting too. Would highly recommend.

5.00We had a great tour to the Truro’s Mountains. Myra was exceptional. Her passion and knowledge for Cyprus made the tour. We visited some villages in the mountains and got to learn how local produce was made. Had a delicious Meze lunch and had free time to wonder the gift shops to buy souvenirs. A great day out and a lovely way to learn and see Cyprus.

4.00We visited the Troodos mountains on a day trip whilst on holiday in Cyprus. A mini-bus picked us up outside the Atlantica Golden Beach Hotel & stopped at several other Hotels to pick up other guests who had booked the trip. Good journey to the Troodos mountains, the tour guide on the trip was very knowledgeable, & she gave us a lot of interesting information. There was quite a lot of walking involved, but not too much. We stopped at Churches, a Monastery. We stopped for a hot drink in One of the local towns, this was included in the price of the trip. We also stopped for lunch at a Local Restaurant , that's also included in the price paid. There was a choice of Chicken or Pork , some salad . Meal was ok, but it would have been nice to have more choice. One drink was included Local wine or beer. Dessert was a pudding or fruit. A good atmosphere. Then we visited a winery & got to taste quite a few different wines. We then caught the mini-bus back for our return trip. The driver was excellent & got us back a few minutes ahead of time, as we had a meal booked at the hotel . Would definitely recommend.

5.00It was a great tour. We got to try a variety or food and wine. Myra was spectacular and provided lots of great insight into Cyprus, it's culture, food, and history.
An excellent day out! All the venues gave a perfect overview of typical Cypriot culture. Our guide was very informative.

5.00A lovely day trip with lots of local food and drinks and beautiful scenery. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and were driven in a very comfortable vehicle by a very friendly and competent tour guide, Elena. Thank you for a lovely day! We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a well-organised, relaxing day trip.

5.00We had a punctual pickup from our hotel and were joined by two other couples. Our guide Myra did a wonderful job with lots of information delivered in a very entertaining manner. It was nice to be able to enjoy the site seeing and leave the driving to her. The farm visits were interesting and showed some typical Cyprien products. We got a chance to taste the products including carob tree-based products at our first stop and cheese (halloumi) at the second dairy farm. We then had a well-done tour at a large winery which included a tasting of their newly harvested wines. After that, we were treated to a wonderful lunch with more food than needed and of course some local wine. After lunch we visited a pottery shop and had a coffee before heading back. We managed to see a beautiful sunset at the Aphrodite Rock before being taken back to our hotel. All in all, a wonderful day.

5.00Christina is so knowledgeable and made the trip incredibly fun. A great mix of history, culture and banter. She really makes everyone feel included and seems to be friends with everyone in the mountains! We loved all the food and locations and the wine stop was so beautiful with delicious samples. Just the perfect amount amount of everything for a fair price. Thank you!
